- In today's Tea 'n' Toast Saturday Jason & Greg have started their Christmas Shopping to give you some ideas for presents for your loved ones! This week they 're starting on a budget at poundland!

When I was a kid my grandparents on my mothers side weren’t very economically stable so all the grandchildren which was me and 5 cousins would get all our presents from what the equivalent of a dollar store now and I was quite happy with that because I always got 5/6 presents and two or three cheap chocolate snowmen or Santa’s from them and when I went back home to my grandparents that I lived with because my dad worked construction out of town I would get well like Greg I was spoiled as a child and got whatever I asked for.

Most of the time the dollar store joke presents are usually the fun presents that makes the day better.
I was laughing so much through the first 1/2... Loved the gifting. I wish our $1 or 99 Cents stores (in U.S.) had a few of those options... Lol.

So sorry I missed Poundland when I was in England a couple weeks ago. One Christmas my mother had a huge present for me under the Christmas tree. She insisted I open it first. It was a 12 pack of toilet paper/ roll. She laughed and laughed. I told her thanks Mom I'll think of you every time I use it.

Ah, good old Poundland - I don't think I've seen any of those red punchy things at the local one, otherwise that would be the neighbour's Christmas gift sorted. They do have some quite nice Christmas decorations though.

Credit card knives are are considered prohibited weapons in Canada. Under the Criminal Code of Canada, any blade less than 30 centimetres that is concealed and doesn't appear to be a knife is a prohibited weapon.
