Tbh Ed I feel like your house still looks a little dead. Your house is big, modern, and very white but it's at the expense of looking less cozy. More decor such as curtains, plants, and earthy tones I think would help a lot in making the home look a little more inviting but that's just me. Still a beautiful home though. Thanks for the tour!
Thats the issue I notice most of the time with these new modern houses. Everything like everything is white and bit lifeless just few accent colors or some plants would help. The house is beautiful just missing that one bit of someone living there not like prepared for photo shoot before sale
@@alv1n383 I think it’s also just the fact that not many people are living there, and then knowing that Ed (maybe his wife too) is also a little bit of a minimalist. I mean he hasn’t been in there that long, but the house is definitely still missing a more personal touch to it imo. I don’t want to be harsh lol but I can’t deny, at the moment of this video it’s still on the verge of looking like a warehouse or office building to me. Definitely an improvement though from the last tour.

I would probably say that with all the exterior security in place, and the fact that both Ed and his wife are 100% capable of calmly handling firearms they’d have no issue. I’d also wager that his armoury his way more heavily stocked than he has shown and feel that the similar pattern of each house implies a gated community which is an extra layer of security. I’d love to know what township it is though as the views suggest a peaceful yet, central living style that looks absolutely incredible

This is also (im assuming) in Santa Clarita or east of that which is at least an hour from DTLA. It's a good place for peace but thats about it. There is still traffic. Hot af. Mudslides and strong winds ...

I feel ya on the daughter growing up man. My only child is my daughter and she just turn 3 the beginning of march, and i was looking back at some old pictures and its crazy how fast they grow up. Although it is amazing to watch them find out who they are and start to become the person and personality that is them. Just gotta soak up all you can and keep taking pictures to cherish the memories.
