    I am 82 and every time I cook an egg I thank Jacques who taught me how to cook them. I keep a tweezer with my cooking implements which is what I use to pierce the egg which makes the final product perfect. I love eggs so having these tips for perfecting one of my favorite foods is great. When I cook I smile. I have a sip of good wine, well more than a sip, cook, and share my tips with young folks. Here’s to life and to Jacques. Tootles

    I adore Chef Pepin! I was a prep chef and was surrounded by these guys in the kitchen who would talk about Jacques Pepin does this or that. I had no idea at the time who he really was. I now know just exactly why they admired him so greatly. I learned as I went along and I am so glad I can watch the videos and get all excited about such an excellent chef! I’m so glad I got to teach my daughter all I know and can now teach her more. We never stop learning. 🥂😍💕

    Love to go, but it's too far away. Hopefully we will see Chef Jacques in Pittsburgh someday.🤥
