I'm very impressed on how Erica's Vaporeon was handled. It uses the rest talk(rest + sleep talk) strategy which is busted in gen 2 because it can sleep talk rest and heal again which I've seen people be stalled by
I also love that it's so in character with Erika and Celadon city: the city where you get Eevee, Erika's trait of dozing off, and it being a counter to fire weakness
Erika's Vaporeon is a nightmare (no pun intended). I used Parasect against it, since it resists most of the moves launched at it, has Giga Drain for healing, and can easily spam Fury Cutter. It is slow but if used well it can sweep her completely.
@@ashmander3465 Actually it was canonized that Green/Leaf is the female Kanto playable trainer, and Blue is the rival. I know Green was his name in the very first Japanese release of the game but unless I’m wrong (Which I could admit to be), they’ve adjusted it in the manga

My lord this is still gorgeous for an N64 game

Impressed on how close Misty came.
@franklucas6801 those AI were UNFORGIVING
@franklucas6801 You realize it was using a Quick Claw, right?
That’s the worlds strongest Alakazam, hitting a dark type with its Future sight is nuts lol. 25:50
future sight's damage used to be typeless, until either gen 4 or gen 5 i can never remember
@@robinnVA actually I think earlier gen 3 if I’m not mistaken
Good job on beating Lt. Surge with a Wobbuffet.
A paralyzed Wobbuffet! The suspense was amazing.

If this were right now, every gym leader would have a G-Max Pokemon.
Brock: G-Max Coalossal
Misty: G-Max Lapras
Lt. Surge: G-Max Toxtricity
Erika: G-Max Flapple/Appletun
Koga: G-Max Garbodor
Sabrina: G-Max Hatterne
Blaine: G-Max Cinderace
Blue: G-Max Duraludon
Giovanni: G-Max Sandaconda
Maybe change greens name back to green too

The F is Sabrina doing with a Furret and Wigglytuff lolol, could have been Haunter and Jynx if anything lolol (can also use Xatu in place of Haunter)
Misty would have won with a second earthquake by Quagsire instead of inexplicable switching out into Golduck. Why would the AI do that?
I mean, she said "stupid" when golduck went down, so thats ironic lol.
After blue calls me a jerk. I will call him a pompous twit
Why psychic not a super effective against Bayleef?
How can a grass type get poisoned? And grass type
It's wrong for the announcer to say rock hard
You know misty like Randy Orton cuz she said stupid three times
