    I'm just discovering I like avocado oil more than olive or coconut oils. And I've also stopped adding oat flour (from oatmeal) in my smoothies. Being a seasoned citizen, I plan to start wall palates, as my stationary bike and I are no longer on speaking terms. New subbie here, really enjoying the content!🥳

    When going out to restaurants, it might be easier to suggest cooking your meal dry with no oils. If they have/use olive/avocado, chances are it's fake because they will use the cheapest oils they can. Can't suggest butter because chance are they use margarine. Trying to relay this to a server who doesn't understand these differences, isn't going to be relayed well to the back end.

      Organic unrefined palm oil that's sustainably sourced is great for coffee and teas.

    In Europe, it is very common to use sunflower oil for a fryer. I assumed that sunflower oil is a mono saturated oil and is an oil that has been in you since the middle ages, so prior to the industrial age. Though I would prefer food fried with tallow, why is sunflower oil included in the list of vegetable oils?

      Sunflower oil is a seed oil which is what most of the "vegetable" oils are. All are highly processed.

    All dietary fact causes in the resistance no matter the source it’s not just seed oils. Every single source of dietary fat is causing you massive insulin resistance, brain fog and problems. If you go on a zero fat diet, your body can absorb sugar and carbohydrates so easily without any problems, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
