I'll have to listen to this later. Looks good. I try to follow the Starch Solution and in it it says to avoid all processed oils. Haven't been following it, too much going on, but I will get back to it. When I followed it, I felt so good and I didn't crave junk food. I lost weight too. Too much has happened since then and have gotten off of it. I'm interested to see this video to see if it is similar. Thanks for all your work!

A merry-ground of stressors. You could another RUclips video just on temp effects during shipping, packaging, even fruit bred for higher sugars, even livestock his being fed sugar and bad oils. You stayed on track with important information.👍🏽

If you eat salads, the primary ingredient in almost all salad dressings is seed oil. You think your eating healthy but your salad dressing is undermining your efforts. And if you're like most, you're using a generous amount of dressing on your salad.

I would only use vinegar and extra virgin olive oil in salads as dressing

@@dennisward43 same. What I also do is blend up a bunch of fresh strawberries and pour that over my salad. Primal Kitchen makes a bunch of salad dressings that use avacodo oil.
