I’m glad that you give that speech about the difference of preparation of our individual country dishes, they are alike ,just different names and different ways to cook them:we are all one ,so having respect for each other’s culture counts🥰
The moment I saw this video, I said I'm making this on Saturday! Just finished cooking 😁 Thank you for the love you pour into your videos. I appreciate you! 💓
Ria, I love your recipes! I made the salmon this evening and it was delicious. As I was cooking, I had an epiphany. I love your recipes because I never have to buy a special seasoning. Everything is natural and ital. You also spend time on technique, which is priceless. Thank you so much.
I'm using my husband's phone hence the name above. Thank u for showing me a different version of curry fish. My mom and my mother in law would normally fry the fish first bc this was the way we were taught. And I liked it like that up to a few years ago. But I found that it use to give me heartburn after a while so I stopped eating it and would only steam my fish instead. So seeing that I don't have to fry my fish first is really good. Also putting okra and coconut milk in to it is also new. I like this idea. Thank u
You are absolutely right Ria...everybody has their version of island recipes...all good and delicious. I see some curried fish recipes where the fish is fried before currying.
Yes tell them so! Food is world wide.. as well as the spices ❤️❤️❤️love you Ria. Video always on point. And I did my salmon and curry, coconut… it was so delicious 😋
Oil down - yes each island can have its own style and variation but you can stll give a nod to the place where it is the staple or synonymous with the dish. The two things can be true at the same time.
On point, Ria...Happen to ketch yuh while browsing and guess what! Yea, yuh inpire me to follow fashion yuh...Going down the road to get all dem ingredients...The fish and curry may not be the same, but it go lash all d same...Keep on inspiring us with yuh good hand and blessed too...❤

Very good cook raw fish in a curry sauce , nice boil fish with cassava soup. Some people would fry their fish first before putting it in the curry gravy and boil and fry their cassava to eat with the fish curry. First time I'm seeing curry boil fish with a cassava soup. Nice food Lol 😆

Hello Ria! Is not every Bush hate rabbit you know! I know that you are an excellent cook; and I totally agree t h at each country have their own choice of vegeta bles or meat or whatever. Don't be intimidated!
Hey Beautiful Ría 🦋✨. I heard you say you’re in North America , what stores do you order from ( if it applies ) . I use to live in Houston. Which has easy access to the kind of peppers you used . But now that I’m in Dallas. The farmer markets aren’t as Handy . So what would you recommend to those who don’t always want to substitute the flavoring ???
Good morning Rita, is it possible to have a printout of the coconut curry fish? It is hard to follow with video thank you
