I'm with Don on this one. That flower has the coolest center I have ever seen! Way better than, glitter, crushed crystals, alcohol ink and nothing. I am dying to see the other side of it also! I would definitely try it again using the really thin lines. When you don't redo the outcomes you love, you don't learn if it's a new technique or a random act of the universe! 🤔 😆 🤣 😂

If you were disappointed with the second, I was about to cry when I saw you pour black over the first. It had such an interesting center. I'm not one for dump glitter in the center, just to have a focal point. Please do give it another try someday. 👏😂

They are BOTH beautiful. The firt one turned out gorgeous. The second one is also beautiful the “blobbies” actually gave it a unique look. I one usually like the ones with those “blobs” but maybe because these are all following pattern makes it look unique. BEAUTIFUL. Neither was a fail!❤❤❤❤

I like the first one too. When you said you didn't think it would turn out I was like yeah it will 😂. It just looked like it to me. That second one I'm surprised at though. Maybe because the lines were thicker it made the powders heavier. I don't know 😂.

Hey Michelle, Julie Cutts said in a video a few months back about being careful about using the laser thermometers when measuring the temp of your resin for blooms because the surface temp of the resin in the cup could measure cooler than the resin down in the cup. That's why she uses the digital probe thermometer. I remembered this because I also was using the laser pointer thermometer too. Just an FYI. It seemed to work out okay though. The metallic powder fooled you on the "failed" one lol.

I love my Tiny, Pointy Swabs from Little Windows resin. They work great for cleaning runaway mica and also for nail polish oopsies
Yes, that happened to me once. I don’t know why. The outer petals were beautiful and the inner petals were awful. I saved it by adding a matching flower sticker and top coated. But both yours are beautiful in their own way. Love them both!! Resin has a mind of its own. 🤣
