DHS should have never been created. Every legitimate activity of the DHS should be performed (and usually already was) by other agencies. For example TSA should be under the Dept of Transportation. If protecting the "Homeland" isn't a job for the Defense Dept., then the DOD should be renamed the Dept of Imperialistic Foreign Intervention.
