It's a start but making cuts in one place and spending the money someplace else means we're still borrowing $2 trillion more a year. That won't pay off the debts and we'll still be paying more in debt interest every year and that's not sustainable. We need to cut about $3 trillion out of the federal budget and we need to do it years ago or else our economy is doomed.
