It never ceases to amaze me how people can be so negative on videos like this.. Trinny is literally giving her advice on how she has dealt with acne and yet people are here on the comments saying shes claiming to be a derm... Which she never said... She is putting positive helpful information out there for people to benefit from. If you don't want to hear what shes got to say, maybe don't watch the video hun.. On a more positive note, Thank-you for another very helpful and informative video on skincare Trinny. Fabulous as per usual. xxx
Helllooooo from Zimbabwe - I started getting spots at nearly 60 - I broke out after a fraxil laser treatment - and it hasn't really resolved since then - HRT raised my testosterone too high however that was resolved - added to this I have a feeling that dermarolling just doesn't suit my skin - could that be possible even though I am very careful with hygiene??? I love listening to you Trinny - its like having time with a best friend - lots of love to you
Such a fabulous video......thank you for the taking the time and being so thoughtful about spots! I struggle, my son is headed into tween testosterone mode! Sending hugz from Colorado, US!💕
I started getting spots again just recently towards the end of a trip to Italy. I couldn’t figure out why, maybe too much gelato and wine! but I tried this tool from Neutrogena. It’s the light therapy spot treatment. There is a mask as well. I was really quite skeptical. But I gave it a go and I think it really helps, especially for the ones that are lumps under the skin. If you treat it right away it goes down within a day or so. Not as much for the small whiteheads. For those I use their concealer that has salicylic acid in it.
Not sure if you’re still answering questions but...my 5yr old daughter gets spots on her chin every so often. They tend to come up all of a sudden and are really sore but only sit under the skin. They never come to anything and disappear on their own within a couple of days. Obviously she doesn’t wear any make up or any skin cream on her skin, I wash her face with a flannel and water every night. I’m reluctant to put anything on her skin or give her a supplement. I’ve taken her to the doctor and they’re confused as it sounds like it’s hormonal but clearly she can’t be at 5yrs old! I’m really anxious that she’ll end up with major acne when she’s a teenager and it makes me sad when she is in pain from her spot. Anyone with any ideas?!
Hi Trinny, What did he put you on 60mg of please? I couldn't quite hear what you said. I'm 41 and getting quite a lot around the jawline, chin, top of neck. I think it's been excercise and stress/ depression or maybe even pre-menopause? Very helpful video, thank you xx
Manuka isn't the same as manuka honey. Manuka oil is in some skin products, and it's a plant, also know as the New Zealand Tea Tree. Manuka honey is taken from the bees who are feeding on the manuka flowers.

If you put Differin cream on the spot or bump a couple of times it will bring the spot to a head, then it is easy to squeeze and heal.
Great video! Totally relatable to my acne story!
You’re the best Trinny ! You rock 🙌
Loving your energy Trinny! Thanks for the positive vibes
great video again - important for young ones and for more mature ones to get a reminder of some steps

What are your thoughts on buying a shower glove to use specifically on your face?
Depends what style. Sisal, brillo pad types,no. Flannel or microfibre, yes. Microfibre cloths are cheap on ebay or amazon so you can rotate cloths.
@@pheart2381 Thank you!

At 5 years old I would be reluctant to put anything on. I would seek advise from a dermatologist x
T R I N N Y thanks for replying. Will speak to the doctor and get a referral. Thanks x
Hi It could be a food allergy /intolerance. Look at dairy intolerance and gluten. Hope this helps!
Could it be allergy? Maybe to laundry soap from her bedding? Or shampoo or body soap?
Hello, can you tell me what's the product and colour on your lips here, it is really nice. thank you
