Can’t get enough of Spiritbox. They just released a 6 song EP that is really good. If you want brutal Spiritbox, try Angel Eyes or Cellar Door. If you want vibey Spiritbox try Too Close Too Late.

So glad you decided to check them out, great band. Good guess on where they are from, you're right. They are out of Victoria ,BC, Canada. Formed in 2017 by lead singer Courtney LaPlante and her husband, guitarist Mike Stringer, after leaving their former band Iwrestledabearonce. Zev Rose on drums since 2020. Josh Gilbert (ex- As I lay Dying) joined on bass last year, made permanent earlier this year. Most of their songs have a mix of cleans and harsh, though some are all clean and a couple all harsh.
The song is one of 2 that also have a Courtney vocal one take video, along with Rule of Nines. It's is from their only full album, 2021's Eternal Blue. They just released their 4th EP, The Fear of Fear.
Courtney has an awesome voice, and can easily switch styles. But Josh sang in his previous band, he's listed as doing background vocals on the newest EP, and I've heard he is doing some of the cleans in the live show.
More to try from Spiritbox: Rule of Nines, Constance, Rotoscope, Holy Roller, Blessed Be. And from that new EP, Jaded, Cellar Door and Ultraviolet.
Half of the band is US American. Courtney was born and raised in the US, but yes is married to a Canadian and 3 of the band members live there. The drummer is also from the US and still lives in the US. So it's half and half, but definitely North American, as Velcro correctly pointed out :)
