Excellent! The style I was looking for, it will make a perfect gift for my son and daughter in law. Now to expand the plan for a matching table. Thank you.
Amazing! What a great project. It's nice to see a fellow female woodworker on the internet! My husband and I build rustic furniture also and I enjoy every minute of it. You are very good at what you do and can't wait to see what you will be doing next. Keep up the good work!
Inspiring? It was exactly what I was looking for! Ugh I spent two days researching and watching other videos but this is the look I wanted to achieve! 🙌 thank you!
I love it! Seriously though, how did you learn to use power tools and how did you learn how to make things? I’m sick of waiting for hubby to do the things that need doing so I want to see if I can get things done whilst he’s away for six weeks. 🤪😅😉
The DIY Cottage, such a great project and build! High five ✋🏻 Breaha!! I will definitely be using this to build a bench and may “enlarge” it to do the table as well!!
You look so super pro! You inspire me so much to do my own pieces! How much do you love having a garage now to do projects?! I just found this new video. Stupid youtube doesnt tell me about new videos ugh!
It turned out gorgeous! I've been wanted a bench JUST LIKE THIS but all I've seen the length doesnt fit the space I have(little nook near my side door) and I've seen so many plans but non looked this easy so thank you so much for doing this step by step video and explaining things. I have no issues using power tools and have quite a few of them but I hate jumping into them when I xont have a set plan(hope that makes sense hahah). I hope your enjoying the new home and turning it into everything you want it to be. Lots of love and well wishes. Xoxo-Delia
amazing! its beautiful! keeping this video for ref. maybe one day I'll work up enough nerve to try. husband has these tools but he never uses them?? i might have to take over😁
I’m so glad you showed how your breadboards didn’t line up exactly and you had to sand. My Shanty girls don’t show any things that don’t go as planned and I thought I did something wrong!
I am lost about the pocket holes made on the long 2x4's. The video did not show you put that part together. Just not sure how that went together since the holes are on the very edge of the wood. **the actual seat part of the bench**.
Seriously hoping your going to stick around from here on? Your so lucky that you now have a garage, seriously I thought I had killed myself doing a DIY. I decided as we ladies do that I was tired of my bedroom furniture and I didn't want to buy anything new so I decided to use chalk paint but didn't like the effect, so I bought regular satin paint and redid everything. Ok a week goes by and I try to dust it because it looks dusty well no matter what I did it still looked like I needed to dust. I decide that I need to go back to Home Depot and now I want to get a black gloss so that I am able to use Pledge or whatever to dust. I find out they don't make it in the color I want it so I talk to one of the people there and he tells me about Behr Urethane its supposed to be low odor and water based, I'll take it. Oh BTW it's tinted black, yay. So I decide to start with one piece of furniture an Armoire. It has been almost a month and I can still smell it I literally wound up having to use an inhaler for a few weeks everyday even though I didn't sleep in the room for almost a week, I can't even describe this smell. So of course this means that I have one piece that is black and everything else is gun metal gray. At this point I'm not sure if I use the Poly crylic if it will make the gray look black or if I just have to wait until I move or get a garage. Any opinions? I would appreciate some input.
I’m so sorry you’re having issues with your project! I don’t think the polycrylic will make the gray look black, but it might darken it a bit . Just make sure you use the water based one. Paint and polycrylic take about 30 days to fully cure and set, so the stinky paint may need to cure just for that long. ( But who wants to wait that long for stinky paint?) I would try the polycrylic if you’re up for it it might help with the smell. Sorry I can’t be more help! But I wish you luck!!! You got this 💪🏻
Job well done, and shame on the ones who gave thumbs down!!!

Yay you’re back!!
I’m so glad you showed how your breadboards didn’t line up exactly and you had to sand. My Shanty girls don’t show any things that don’t go as planned and I thought I did something wrong!
Wow! How long did this take you to do??
Beautiful. I’ve missed your tutorials.
Do you mix your stain first or apply one then the other?
I mix the two stains first and apply them together. Then I’ll apply the pickling stain after that 😊 Hope that helps!
Mad skills☺
Where are you now? Are you coming back to RUclips?
I legit forgot she moved for a minute, and I thought, "Whoa! Crazy new angle, her place looks so different!" Then it hit me 🤦♀️
How about making a bench like this?
Yay!! I was wondering when you would back! Love this!

I checked a lot of e-books with woodworking plans. Instructions from woodprix are the best I think.
I think if you removed the question mark in the video thumbnail you'd get more views. I almost didn't watch because I thought it said $322! not $32?!
Way to complicated for me.
I recommend checking out these plans. I am a woodglut customer and I am very happy with the plans they offer
