EVE ONLINE - 237M ISK in first 2.5 hours of alpha account

  • Brand new Alpha account, first 20 minutes doing exploring missions, buying Heron and jump filaments to hack Relic sites in NULL space. I was trying for 100M within 2 hours, but went a little long to collect a total of 237 MILLION ISK in 2 hours 25 minutes.
    My fresh alpha couldn't scan level 4 Relic, so I missed out on ~200M+.
    Next step is to buy an Astero to hack level 4 Relic sites and Superior Sleeper Cache sites. Looking to make 1 BILLION ISK in first 10 hours of an alpha account.

      i have been hacking for a long time, and have learned a bunch. even with 1-day Alpha skill i can hack the Relic Level 4 cans with mostly success. I will fail a can or too, but found i can earn 100M+ per hour. My Omega character can earn 250M/hr and easily afford the current PLEX cost. I want to show that anyone can enter NULL and hack for profit, but everyone will need to improve their hacking skills. Once you are comfortable with not getting killed, flying an Astero as an Alpha can earn ISK to become a permanent Omega.

Alpha/omega can look at about an average ranging from 40-150 mil an hour. Those numbers are way more accurate then ever getting 250.

    Yeah enjoyable to watch, just gone through a bunch of Air Career missions and been ganked cause its Halloween 90% drop on PVP for all the 3 nice (sarc utterly low value) LP basic implants i had, gee fun, made me want to go F, Big F , however this 2hr episode of Bob goes site seeing has made me realise there's a lot to research that can be done to improve enjoyment of this game, So I will take notes drink coffee and watch your vids, nicely done though there is some advanced skills on show here for a noob to fully appreciate or understand such as filament travel using certain filaments, i was believing they were a one way in no way out key to a set number of battle rooms ,however you seemed to use them to short cut travel across systems.

    • @alphabob_eveonline
      @alphabob_eveonline  Год назад +2

      Hi, yes, on my first jump filament i landed in "drone" space. there are no Pirates in this space, so there are not Relic sites. you can jump to 28:00 to see my jump into drone space, and then i jump out of that region with skipping all the sites because that are only Data sites and not worth much compared to Relic sites. Once in a pirate region of null, i usually with the Agency window to find systems which high number of cosmic signatures to scan.

      Here's a video i have on tags: ruclips.net/video/AfOZ7ntIeSg/видео.html
      To use Tags you have to create a "fleet", you can right click on your HUD and select Pilot->Form Fleet with.

      Now i hold down my "4" key and click on the target i want to tag with "X".

    • @alphabob_eveonline
      @alphabob_eveonline  Год назад +3

      If i started as an Omega, i would buy and fit an Astero (only 1-2 days of training to fit). The Astero gives you better scanning and hacking base skills over a Heron or other T1 frigate. The T2 explorer frigates can take over 30 days of training, and i find the Astero more flexible to carry PvP fits (sometimes the hunted becomes the hunter).
      An Omega account also lets you train your skills higher and use the T2 data and relic analyzers (which improves hacking). But an Alpha account can still do all the data/relic sites (ghost & sleeper cache) with the right fit. Once you have stead ISK coming in, the move to Omega makes everything easier.

    • @alphabob_eveonline
      @alphabob_eveonline  Год назад +3

      the other 2 ways out of NULL are to fly through the gates directly back to high-sec (danger of gate camps) or to scan down wormholes to find a path back to high or low-sec. The wormhole method is a bit more safe, but involves a lot of scanning.
      When you got killed in Pochven, were you at a bookmark? and did you see combat scanner probes?
      When you are at a bookmark, fly up or down with your microwarp drive on, this will keep you moving fast so any one warping to you from combat scanning will (depending on how far they warp from) land 30+ km away, giving you a chance to warp away. Also, you should make a few bookmarks so you have the next bookmark to warp to if you are getting hunten.
      I have a video here that I use this technique to avoid some hunters with combat probes: ruclips.net/video/O5WuMeogshM/видео.html

      yes, Alpha players can not use a cloak at all. So with the Astero, which is great with the covert cloak, you won't have a cloak with being an Alpha. But it still is very useful once you are comfortable with traveling into NULL. you will make more ISK per hour than using a Heron, and if you don't get killed often (1 in 5 trips to null) it's still a better choice. Once you have a good income from hacking Relic sites, you can easily afford an Omega account.

    • @alphabob_eveonline
      @alphabob_eveonline  10 месяцев назад +1

      In NULL space, all Relic sites should be safe (no pirates/rats). Just players in local that could be cloaked!
      In Wormholes C4-C6, all Relic sites will have Sleepers (rats)!
      In Wormholes C1-C3, there are both types of sites. Avoid sites with "Forgotton" or "Unsecured" in their names. You are looking for the pirate Relic sites which start with "Ruined". (or data sites starting with "Central")
      The Data sites follow the same pattern, except for "Ghost" sites that have the word "Covert", and "Sleeper Cache" sites, these can blow up your ship is you are not prepared.

      Yes, Filaments are a great way to travel around NULL safely.
      To enter NULL use the Noise-5 'Needlejack' Filament
      To return to high-sec it's 2 Filaments:
      use any of the Triglavian Space Inbound Filaments, ie. Home-5 'Pochven' Filament
      after 15 minutes us the Glorification-1 'Devana' Filament
      This should return you close to Jita or Rens, but sometimes you will be in low-sec. There is a danger if it's through Tama, so best to carry 2 sets of the Triglavian Inboud/Outbound Filaments.

      @alphabob_eveonline  Год назад

      Hi, maybe my title (237M in first 2.5hr) is not achievable by a new player, but i wanted to show it's possible to start making lots of ISK from the beginning of a new Alpha account.
      I do believe that anyone can make 100M ISK/Hr once they learn the basics of hacking in NULL. I have many videos showing how to do it.
      Finding the Relic sites in NULL can be a bit random, sometimes you won't find any for 30 minutes, but then you can make 100M ISK from one Relic sit.
      As for me using a corp to clear the way and protect me in NULL, that's not true. I use Filaments, which jumps me to a random location and it would be hard to coordinate with another player to protect me. Now, in a later video, i plan to show a way to run characters in the same NULL location where you use one to make jumps and verify there are no gate camps before logging back to your main character to then hack the local Relic sites in safety.

    Thanks for the video, but your hacking is awful

      I am always trying to improve my hacking skills. what parts of my hacking are awful? choosing the wrong spots, choosing the wrong tools, wrong path, too fast, too slow, cherry picking?

      @@alphabob_eveonline I rewatched more carefully this time and you could've done better on some using the appropriate utilities on some defensive systems. But otherwise forget what I said, you did great! Its just that you were doing everything fast haha

    This game is still a garbage. Looks like spreadsheet not space simulator.

      You don't need a space simulator, you need something nice to look at. A space simulator would look like EVE, numbers, tables, graphs ,vectors and so on.

    can you explain your reasoning for picking specific null systems for exploration? choosing the low capsuleer activity ones is obvious but besides that?
