He cannot. He's not built for doing big damage, he's built to do low continuous damage over a long period of time, which is why Alrecchino is a better dps (damage per second) unit.

@@ammarnk9260 No, Arle is better at frontloading her damage. At c6 being able to frontload so much damage is way better. But at c0 she has lower dps than Neuvillette because she does no damage by the end of the rotation.

@@ammarnk9260 Really depends on how your account is. For the general playerbase, neuvilette will be better due to his consistency. An average player won't be one shotting enemies like the one in the video, and hence will need to dodge enemy attacks, which is mostly not the case with neuv.
