Thinking the unthinkable without evidence. I found his rambling very strange when perhaps yes or no would have done, quite odd. Perhaps he likes his own voice. Yet on other occasions he simply nodded as a response. When he says " that's a very good question". How patronising. Thank you for inviting me today. Again I'd like to apologise to families. So sincere.😅😅 Thanks again Jabe. I like the way you don't feel the need to add anything yourself. You don't need to.
Yes, he does like his own voice - he has actually said this himself about his "Born Naughty" series. He is a very clever man; clever with words and clever with people. What strikes me is that he is showing virtually no stress under questioning. He's acing it, I would say. Even Breary does - OMG! Thank you for inviting me! There he is, holding court, again - in court! This man is completely unstoppable. And I think this is a sign of someone without a conscience.
One of the things that strikes me about this evidence is whether the investigation would have taken a different course if the consultants had gone directly to the police. In that event the police would have had to immediately seek medical experts. Would they have appointed Dr Evans ? Jane Hutton ? Investigated the "Hospital full of Shit"? The CQC ? and all the other professional failure reports before a charging decision was made?
Jayarum doesn't seem to identify himself as a criminal atall. Closing statement :The people who find the evidence are the people investigating (police)
I'll ask you a lot of tough questions which sound like a good telling off. You can just nod your head or say 'yes' in a respectful way, then I'll stop and you can spend ten minutes spouting any old rubbish you like. Finish off with a sort of grovelling apology to the families and that should do the job.
Dextrose? 9.45 I'm glad they are going into Baby A in more detail. If this hadn't have been on topic around 13.00 this would be very deliberate word salad. I am really confused after hearing all this and I expect everyone else is just as distracted which is the intention with word salad. It does sound like the tide is beginning to turn here, though. It seems Peter Skelton isn't buying his account.
Regards to the dextrose/glucose given to the baby for very low blood levels. The baby would need continued watching and be regularly topped up with more dextrose if the babies dextrose kept or suddenly dropped low again, which means the baby was at lot of risk of being in danger of collapse , So once again he’s making rubbish up talking a lot of nonsense again. The last bit when he said he thinks he/they needed to be told to go to the police, what a load of Bullshit.
I think he's used his medical knowledge to bamboozle people because he can start spouting any old nonsense to most people who would have no idea about medical procedure and would not be able to spot the inconsistencies.
The skin manifestations of Pseudomonas sepsis include ecthyma gangrenosum, subcutaneous nodules, hemorrhagic vesicles, bullae, gangrenous cellulitis, papules, macules, petechiae, and purpura. Far more likely given the ward should have been closed due to the most serious of infection control issues
Thank you Jabe. This is very good information. There is a lot to see, here.
Thanks, Jabe!

It's almost like he's become more and more emboldened as time goes on.
Thank you!!
Thank you Jabe. This was very interesting to listen to.

12:05 wow, what a tirade to say absolutely nothing.
That's a really good question. Patronising idiot.

Sounds like that's what many of them were seeing. And the jury had no idea how poor the conditions on the ward really were.
