- This mesmerising home in south Bengaluru surprises you with nature throughout. The design takes inspiration from its site which consists of beautiful Tabebuia - Pink Trumpet Trees and a single Golden Trumpet Tree.
The home adds to this with its extensive views into the hillock and temple nearby. Interior spaces are meticulously designed to seem open and airy while sticking to its theme of an introverted house. The vastness of the spaces is brought about through cutouts and skylights.

The Blooming Haus consists of unique recreational spaces on each floor aimed at the congregation for family members. Although private spaces are dedicated to the individuals, the home connects them all through its multiple courtyards and sit-out spaces.

Beautifully done ! It's hard to imagine this was done in a 30*40 plot.
Thats the art of and Architect.
Unfortunately this can only be done by violating all the byelaws. They haven't left adequate setbacks and have built almost double their permitted FSI/FAR.

Mighty impressed with what the architects have achieved on a 30 X 40 plot
On a larger canvas of 2400 sqft or 3500 sqft, I'm sure this architects would be able to provide more than adequate built-up space along with provisioning for a decent size garden

Gardening on weekends will be another task to accomplish with this type of designs.
For a clumsy person like me, this house is a little intimidating. With so many sharp edges everywhere, I am bound to injure myself a lot in this house.

the sharp edges nightmare, this is too aesthetic to live in it!
also the glass parapet walls are utterly unsafe, especially if you have kids in the house

Only flaw is single bedroom in first floor. Awesome looking house for newly married but no space for kids on first floor. But kudos to architect it looks awesome

This home feels more like an office space & less like a home. A home needs to have a cozy feeling. The wooden areas & the concrete bed, white background all just make it look like some co-working space. It would have been nice if they had made it more cozy with pop of colors & paintings.
