MASHAA'ALLAH DR: Rabiul Haque, excuse me, I want to ask question, You have mentioned that smoking is one risk factors of Crhon diseas while it is protective to Ulcerative colitis, Scientifically How to prove that? as pathologically as we know smoking is one of major risk factor of medical problems. I had learnt from your lecture more things before it I did not know such as why Crhon is transmural and ulcerative colitis not ? you described that they are different in inflamatory process. good idea. thanks Dr: Rabiul Haque. الله يحفظك يا أاستادي العظيم وبارك علمك.

I need these information some of them I got from your lecture but would you like to tell little bit more? Please introduce the reader to the disorder, provide factual information about the disorder such as people afflicted, sexes/ethnic/age groups affected, how it is contracted, and symptoms of the disease.
Molecular Mechanism of the Disorder: explanation of how the immune system is effected by the disorder. provide a detailed description of genes, proteins, cells, and tissues affected by the disorder. An understanding of the differences of a healthy immune system versus the disease state should be described in detail. Your description should focus at what is wrong/defective at the molecular level.
Treatment/Outcome: explanation of treatments for their disorders. This can include treatments currently approved by the FDA, but also any treatments that are currently in clinical trials. You should also explain what the outcome is for the patient with this particular disorder both with and without treatment. Because we are researching an immune system disorder, you may also want to describe other side effects or organ systems that are affected by the treatment/outcome.

And also sir u r not explaining pathogenesis in good fashion bkoz u don't write anything on board but u only explain. Main thing is pathogenesis which i never get from ur videos. Thanks
