I just love that Fern is Frieren's Human counterpart. She's not as powerful, and will never be the same level of Mastery as her Master, but she's insanely fast compared to her. It's funny to think of them in terms of Elven vs Human magic/history. Elves don't need to be fast, they have eternity and knowledge, their lifespan will lead them to live reclusive and agonizing slowly compared to humans who need to act and mark the world, to pass on the experiences to the next generation, they simply don't have the time to vegetate. If Frieren is a giant magic canon, Fern is a frickin machine gun lmao
Fern is fast at casting than frieren not movement, she also is perfect at concealing her mana even when casting compared to frieren. Did you see how frieren and her clone had those flash speeds.
Fern is still young and they also said Human is this world can learn Magic faster than Elf. There is a chance in fighting capability she could surpass Frieren. Ir seem Frieren actually want her to be better than her.

He has so many stronger aspects that I still need to learn from him like synths, sound effects, very clean punchy mixing and more. So I wish you can support both of us💛
From an anime only perspective everything is going too well. Confident Clone Frieren will block Fern's Zoltraak, stuff will happen, then Frieren will defeat herself. Reasoning, no use for the others to find and fight other clones if Frieren/Fern dealt with the clone in no time.

DUDE IKR I watched every episode with my anime only friend and when we got a third of the way through the anime, I realized "Holy shit they're going absolutely crazy on just Stark v Dragon fight there's no way they're going to keep going this hard AND do the exam dungeon all in this one season" but they absolutely shattered my and my anime-only friends expectations. The anime has been peak adaptation I never even imagined Frieren getting an adaptation this good. Madhouse studio is on their redemption arc

Hope Hecate Music releases a second video of only "Frieren VS Frieren" leaving out "The Final Battle" with the ending vocals not being my style and the cover being so good in general.
