My wife actually had a Bronco Sport First Edition. We came from north central Louisiana to Baxley, Georgia to get it. Woody Folsom had the only Rapid Red we could find. It was actually pretty impressive at the places it could go. Unfortunately it was totaled out about 6 months ago. After shopping around extensively, we went with the Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek. Roomy, V-6 power, a real transmission instead of CVT, 4WD instead of AWD, and around 27 mpg at 75mph on the interstate. We have been very impressed with the Pathfinder Rock Creek, especially when you compare prices vs features.
I just bought a new Outer Banks for $32,875, it had a list price of $41k. Moon roof, Copilot 360+, tech package and cargo system. A pretty nice car for that price.

Those are like 30 percent discounts. Watch out for the adds and the fees. With the Eco Boost engines you have to change your oil frequently and not abuse the engine. Then you could get well over 100k on the engine, maybe 200k.
Don’t these have leaky fuel injectors that Ford wanted to install a drip tube to collect the leaking gas and drip it on the ground instead of on the engine which causes fires? I wouldn’t buy one if it was 50% off.

I would not recommend buying one. The 2024 bronco sport might look OK but the drive is terrible. It is very jerky to drive, bad braking and jerky transmission. It actually jerks forward as well. Not nearly as important but seats are uncomfortable and not very adjustable. The back compartment where you may put luggage or groceries is also a poor design, hard bottom that doesn't grip well. I drove one for three days ( 1300 miles) and I can tell you my things were tumbling around in back. Would never buy one!
I've watched several reviews and haven't heard about jerkiness. I think the bottom line is there is a price at which this vehicle becomes very attractive.
