just got the big bend second hand with 45,000 miles 2022 and they look the same inside and outside i pay 22,000 for mine in metalic orange and i love it, it smooth and a good daly driver.
You mention the stiffer ride a number of times, did you check the tire air pressure before driving it, the tires are usually overinflated before they load them on the transports to help keep the tie downs tight and the dealerships don't usually air them down until they prep the vehicle for delivery. If the tires are overinflated that would add to the ride stiffness. Also, the lights in the hatch that shine down onto the pavement are adjustable as swivels.
I like the appearance in and out and the "Bronco theme". A "slice and dice" variant on an Escape, but clever. Big worry: towing 2000 pounds with a 3-cylinder turbo engine..for how long, however?? Taut ride and handling a plus. I missed on the cost of the Azure blue paint but I like these light grey "pastel pearl" variations Vehicle has some definite appeal but potential reliability/durability issues would sink it for me! Great job with review, as always!
Towing - For how long and WHERE? Sure it can tow 2,000 on a flat highway, but what if I'm taking my camper up the mountains? Trying to pull that uphill - is this thing gonna make it? Feel like the Badlands is more appropriate and at that price point, are there better options? So many questions...
@@chabbysrides I wish Ford offered the 4 cylinder in the lower trims, even if the engine were de-tuned by 20 or 30 horsepower. I have more confidence in a 4 cylinder engine vice a 3 cylinder, and I have read of some issues with Ford's 1.5 3 cylinder.
At the price for this suv with that tiny 1.5L 3 inline cyl. I think the Toyota Venza LE Hybrid 2.5L is the best value. This is how Ford rips off their Bronco fans.
I agree the 3 cylinder is not enough. I prefer the 2 liter turbo 4 in this vehicle. But Ford sold almost 128,000 Bronco Sports in 2023, so people are buying them. Thanks for tuning in and the feedback.
It’s not about the number of cylinders but the overall displacement of the engine. That said, 1.5L has been a common displacement for over 30 years (although given the vehicle size it’s a bit small).
Just bought 2nd hand 2021 Big Bend 20,000 miles 1owner very smooth riding it's just right for me 😊❤
Nice, How much did you pay ?
I absolutely love my Big Bend! In fact, I’m driving it from Raleigh Nc to Sedona AZ for a three week trip.
That’s fantastic! Glad you’re enjoying it. Thanks for tuning in and the feedback. Much appreciated.

Good comment… my big bronco was really firm and yes the tires were almost 10 lbs overinflated made a hide difference
Just bought a Big Bend. ❤ im enjoying
Congratulations!

I think that’s a good looking vehicle for the price and AWD. A bit underpowered and reliability is a question.
I agree. I prefer the 2 liter turbo 4, but then the price is over 40k and that’s a stretch.

@@mtaylor6296 Supposedly the 2025's are offering the 4 cyl on all Sport models for the new refresh. Look into it.
Hi ,is this a worth buying car? How is the maintaimance .heard some recall
Does this have navigation or apple play to get navigation ?
I'm paying attention very carefully, before I go get mine
don't know on the jeep renegade the 1.5 is better than the 2.4 turbo
Might be turbo to make up power

they have then for 30 grand here
how is it priced at $29k? it’s $41k mkt. value right?
No base models start around $29k-$30k
I can't believe the $995.00 price of the paint. Talk about corporate greed.
You must SPEND A LOT MORE TO GET THE 2.0L Turbo... Now you're in the $40's
Yep. Big step up in price.
That's more like a "Little Ben"
Who in their right mind is goind to buy this car with a 3 cylinder engine? Way too small.

Not me. I really wanted a Bronco Sport but did not like the 3 cylinder engines nor the rotary shifters. I ended up buying a Toyota Rav4.

How is there rear ac venta at this price point but not in the new ford ranger?
@@chabbysrides People bought the Yugo at one time too.
The Ford bronco sport is the biggest piece of junk Ford ever made who you can who put you up to this
