I agree, Sona is good for occasional segments but she's just a regular person, not a talent. Her schtick is just rolling her eyes at everything Conan says. Jordan's schtick goes a lot deeper and led to some of the best moments on the show. He shouldn't be over-used but he should get more air time than Sona or Matt.
Sona is a necessary evil for Conan's comedy to come out. You can tell he is very comfortable with her and she enables a lot of his jokes. Even though I don't think she adds much to the conversation, her laughter is genuine and is a good substitute for a live audience.
