In addition to helping you fall asleep fast, over time and with repeated listening, this track will help you avoid ruminating on the past and negatively forecasting the future, and instead enable you to focus solely on the present. When your mind is clear of the burden of looking forwards or backwards, it can turn its attention inwards to your own personal benefit. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.
This audio track daily is designed to be used on a regular basis - as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis induces positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.

First night I tried sleep hypnosis was couple weeks ago and I was amazed. But since then I have been listening, trying to get it to "work". So maybe if nothing works and also doesn't come maybe you're just supposed to struggle the next day for your life. Connect with others who also cannot find it. I pray each of you do get it to "work". And I pray God blesses each of you with a wonderful sleep.
Hi Sarah, thanks for listening. The first thing to remember is that all hypnosis really is self hypnosis. My words, and those of other hypnotherapists you might listen to, are just a guide to help you drift into your own trance. It’s not the same experience every time since you’re a different person every time you listen. You’ve had a different day, you’ve been thinking about different things etc. Sometimes, I listen to a track I like and I sleep straight away, other times it makes me agitated for no special reason other than I’m in a different mood. My advice is to simply relax as best you can, trust the process, don’t force anything and just follow the words and your own breathing as you listen. Focus as much inwards rather than outwards. Always go back to the words and your breath if your conscious mind starts to interfere. Hope that helps. My best, Nick
