  • Relax with this strong deep sleep hypnosis and fall asleep fast to the soothing sounds of rain and distant thunder.
    I have written this sleep hypnosis for deep sleep session to help you wind down and relax at the end of the day, calm your busy mind and ease into a full night of uninterrupted sleep. Very often, our minds tend to race in the evenings and just before bed. The hypnotic language and the guided visualisations and imagery in this video will help distract your conscious mind and help you stop overthinking so that you can more easily drift into deep sleep.
    Although this hypnosis is set against the sound of rain and thunder, it is also available with alternative background options.

    This track blends guided sleep hypnosis, guided meditation and positive suggestions and/or imagery. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night. When you are able to prevent your mind from wandering into the future or into the past - especially when doing so creates anxiety - you are able to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.
    This audio track daily is safe and suitable for frequent listening - as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.
    When listened to on a regular basis, this hypnosis session can help reduce anxiety, stress and other stress-related issues, such as insomnia, OCD and depression. Also, when you have a full night of quality sleep and rest, you will be better prepared to face life's day-to-day challenges in a more positive, solution-focused way.     You are the Best I have PTSD and have nightmares all the time until I started listening to you. You are better than prescription drugs for sleep.

    thunder and rain 🌧 and making me stop overthinking- why Nick 🙏 you have stolen my heart- thank you for always being a ray of brightness in my struggling days - my MS has really been trying to keep me down but- i am too much of a warrior for it to define me- but at night the tremors are bad - and this is when i am so thankful for your soothing words- blessings and positive vibes to you and yours always 🙏🇨🇦🕉

    Nick, you are the best. I slept 11 hrs last night and I was really shocked and my my wife Jessica was late meeting with her mum this Saturday morning, she normally is up not long after me and the kids. But all of us are greatfull to you vinny

    Nick, you've seriously changed my life. I've gone over 40 years believing I can't be hypnotised, but somehow your words put me into a state of sleep and full relaxation.     Do you realize how much the rain storm contrasts with the imagination of warm sun rays, exotic floral scents, and dry sandy beaches? I’m sure I’m supposed to be asleep and I can’t say it’s a complaint, but my mind conjured rainbows to deal with the juxtaposition 😁

Every so often, somebody will point this out! :) I create these sessions with different audio backgrounds because some people like waves, some like rain, some like more cosmic sounds. So if this one isn’t to your liking, try one with an alternative background sound. Hopefully you’ll find one that suits your ear. Very best and sleep well, Nick

      Many ppl find the sound of rain ( some like thunderstorms too ) soothing and relaxing. Once one is able to relax then it's easier to imagine other scenes that you are likely to find relaxing. You sorta move to the beach in another scenario or a hammock etc. All while hearing the relaxing rain. So I find I can easily imagine a sunny or warm breezy beach or waterfall easily BC of the sound of soothing rain. It's like a detail that you ignore kinda while your mind puts you in another place. But the rainbow is good if it works for you.

      @@NicholasWrightHypnotherapy no I know and it's not your fault I have restless legs and sometimes I just can't sleep but then other nights I fall asleep fast... I appreciate you commenting... Thank you for all the videos you do.. I also listen to anxiety ones that do help.
