If anyone struggles slurring their S’s and wants to improve, an exercise I learned is to say the word “knee” then hold the “eeee” sound at the end. Then slowly try to make an S sound while bringing your tongue slowly to the roof of your mouth. It helped me a lot when I was younger. I think it’s awesome that this guy can be a role model for ppl who might be self conscious about it tho.
It’s always good to watch a workout video. Personally I sometimes get bored with my workout program and I add new movements from these videos. Keep it up and if you can please make it longer 🙏🏽

Those are all isolating large muscles and it’s not as optimal as doing 2-3 heavy lifts and then some more accessory work or a different muscle group. You body simply cannot get enough resources to rebuild those muscles completely w out gaining fat

Thank you, Chris :). This is very helpful video. I learned that building muscle is slow process and that's what I really hate. Also I didn't have proper diet for so long. Didn't have any clue about protein carbs, macros, etc... I was doing everything wrong and realized I need to invest in a meal plan. I went with this Next Level Diet. It's good for now. If you guys have some other meal plans feel free to recommend it but ones which are not so expensive.

im 6'0'' on the dot 235lbs and just started seriously lifting so that i can look like a walmart version of cbum on off season. eating 2200 calories a day right now and doing an hour of weight training and hitting everything twice a week. 20m of cardio a day. watching these makes me more and more motivated to reach that goal.
Girlfriend said no to testosterone but I’ll be damned if I don’t give it my all to look as close to CBum as I possibly can natural. This man is a huge inspiration to this generation of lifters. 🖤

Bro I've been telling everybody ab the isometric holds. Completely changed my physique and strength. Bruce Lee's strength and conditioning was basically all isometric holds. Hopefully the young bucks hop on the train now that they know their idol recommends them.
