Yes, it is a great hug and I admire Kates patience in waiting for Lucy to have time for her. (Unlike Lucy (S2/22) who was not content with knowing Kate was safe, she needed to see and hug her.) But it is also pretty funny at the same time. Seen from Kates side, the hug starts on the left, change of perspective, hug on the right. Lucy: first her right hand is on Kates shoulder, then slightly below it. There are a lot of connection mistakes in this show from the very beginning, it is a bit sloppy work.
Best action season of this episode so far... Beside the fact that there is no kiss... But their love...? Ohw yes... More please 😍 We're definitely getting closer to their private life... Can't wait till that part comes...

I wish they had dug a bit deeper into Lucy's family here, but maybe they will later in this season or season 4. I enjoyed the episode. Thinking about it, the angle with Kai seemed like an afterthought and added nothing here. I think that time could have been better used for Lucy being in the jungle and talking more about her family. Glad we got out Kacy moment too.

Yes. Lucy does mention not going to the bachelorette party, but the sister has not been mentioned anymore. As we see in again this ep, she does not like talking about her family much.

I feel like there's an intimacy between them which i absolutely love but there does seem to be less physical intimacy this season. I myself love how their relationship has evolved. I'm not a physically intimate person so the dynamic between them really resonates with me. I also feel like overall this season as a whole for all the characters has been missing something that the previous seasons had. I think that is partially due to the strike and the shortened season which sucks. I would have rather waited a year for a full well rounded season like the past 2 than have something that is rushed. I'll take it regardless but still. Fingers crossed for a renewal so that the whole crew can get back on solid footing and give us the well rounded show we are used to.
Well, there was only one little kiss in the last episode as undercover newlyweds, so why are you so surprised? Season 3 is the "non-kissing season", I guess...😉

In the last episode (3x04) she only talked about the marriage (big and loud) that her parents don't want, but there is a difference between an unwanted marriage and homophobia. My personal guess: Russell Wong ("Romeo Must Die" and "New Jack City") and Tamlyn Tomita ("Karate Kid 2") They were both in the movie "THE JOY LUCK CLUB" and Russell's series, "The Vanishing Son 2" I haven't seen Russell in a minute. I hope that he's well.
That kinda pissed me off about Lucy. It's also in CBS not none for being gay friendly. I know the show is about crime. If they blossomed this romance for 2 seasons to just brush it aside . Her boss knows her well enough and basically gave her permission to let it go and as Tatiana said ‘live her life’. I think that compassion and commitment are some of the many things Kate loves and understands about Lucy. Hence her comment ‘I waited as long as I could’. Kate didn’t demand to see Lucy right away. Knowing she was safe was enough until Lucy had finished her assignment
Only about a minute of screen time together is disappointing. The writers have sure downplayed their relationship this season. The show has no balance, all crime and no happy relationship time. And L.L. Cool J is such a miscast for the Hawaiian series; why didn't they cast a Hawaiian person in the part? Kate and Lucy are the reason I watch this series, so it's become boring for me. I hope they get more screen time before the series ends.
This is ncis show. It always focused on the cases, never on the relationship. Any relationship is just a supporting only, the main plot and main focus always are solving cases. It is boring to you because you just watch for the ship only, not the story. You do not care about the show story at all, even the story was good, just like this episode, is good, and also lucy gets to do a lot of things, but for you is just boring, because your eyes only are on your ship, not care about story.

People need to understand that their ship it's of 2 individual who are their own person with their interests, opinions, fears, doubts, etc and their relationship it's not the only thing that matters. If they love the ship they have to love the characters and their journey separatly too
Its a shortened season with do much, Jane coming back after the end of season 3 with way too much to deal, the addition of Sam, and also giving others on the team some time too. I love KACY, and I am sure we will get some writer gifts thrown our way soon.
The way they’ve managed to completely botch this romance and leave it totally lifeless so quickly reminds me a lot of how CSI: NY destroyed Danny and Lindsay with so many bad writing decisions.

I don't think so. Previous episode, they went undercover as newly wed and had some fun together while doing undercover.
