As an italian descendent , YOU WILL NEVER BREAK THE PASTA and also never salt the water ... WTF ???
You never salt the water? Of course that’s what Italians do and any normal person that doesn’t want the pasta to stick. Also she breaks this particular type of pasta because she’s baking it.
