    I'm loving my Watch Ultra that I've worn daily for the past 2 weeks. Such a huge upgrade from my Watch 5 Pro that I wore daily for the past 2 years. I'm getting 2-3 days battery life and I wear my watch at night for sleep tracking which I'm quite happy with. The high resolution screen is just gorgeous and next level compared to any smart watch I've ever own including the Watch 5 Pro. The watch UI is lightning quick and the health tracking seems to be much more accurate than my last watch. I'm also quite enjoying the orange strap and got the blue strap free with my purchase which is a bonus when I want to mix things up. All in all, anyone who's rocking the Watch 5 pro don't hesitate to upgrade, it's well worth it.

    I don't think any smartwatch is worth more than $400, but Samsung's trade-ins and promotions made this very attractive. It looks awesome, runs well, and has a ton of health-tracking features. Compared to my Garmin Fenix, it's positively petite. 😂

      The Ultra is worth $229.99 as I think you can get it even cheaper now with a trade in as Samsung dropped the price to under $600 now.

    Turn off AOD, change the watch face so it doesn't have HR and compass, anything that is "live" and constantly moving will kill the battery, turn off SPo2 (kills battery and provides zero real world data, unless ur hiking mt everest), turn off wifi (ur phone can handle the data portion), do those things and you'll get 3 days of battery.

      LTE, WIFI all off. I like AOD on all my watches and i change WF almost daily..still 2 days. Samsung announced an update is coming for poor battery life and excessive drain...so they know this is an issue for those that don't want to limit their smart watch experience by disabling all the features lol

      @@TheJabberTech true I don't use LTE but hadn't thought of turning it off, I think it's the most noticeable difference I've seen. Great content. Going from my watch4 44 mm to 7ultra, what a difference. With the power mode on, this is my 3rd full charge. In the end, I'll get 93 hours. And as for 650.00, I went through my career, and I'm only paying 27.00 a month, which is a lot easier than paying 650.00 up front.

    I have an issue with this watch. Since I got it, I haven't been able to measure my blood pressure, I have tried many tutorials from RUclips but same result. Inside the Samsung Health Monitor app only shows ECG and sleep apnea. I'm not an advanced user of Android but I think I'm doing everything. I ordered with Xfinity Mobile maybe it's something that his model doesn't have this feature. If someone has an idea what could be causing this, please let me know!!

    I like the performance of the Ultra as I can't speak for its health features as those were immediately disabled because I have no interest in those features. I have my Ultra setup for battery optimization so I can get 5 days out of it just like with the Watch5 Pro, but with smoother performance. The Ultra is not a bad smartwatch for $229.99 and I think you can get it for about $80 cheaper now.

    Ultra watches shouldn't have rotating parts. Ultra is not a classic watch. I wish they got rid of the crown 👑 on this Ultra. looks kinda corney not needed. I purchased 24mm adapters for velcro bands. I want to see a 50mm one day. 💪. Samsung needs to get more serious with their health UI. Google health gets more respect. I would like Samsung to connect the siren to low HR notifications 📢. Thanks again

  • @AquaStevae

    This IS a battery champ. But you have to use your brain and realize a few things. First, all Samsung watches need to train for the first five or six days, and during that period the battery life seems horrible. Second, if you run things like the compass and vmax all the time, it's going to kill battery life. Lastly, turn off AOD, as this watch shows screen very quickly when lifting your arm to look at it, and you DO NOT need the screen on when you aren't looking at it. So with a few common sense things, I always get three to four days of battery life out of this Utra, after the first week of having it. Do your homework... ALSO, I traded in my older watch and got this watch for less than $300 dollars. So's there are great trade in deals and discounts IF you use your brain before buying. And my S24U also lasts me well over two days. SO, it appears that YOU are the problem with these devices, and if you made a few adjustments, you wouldn't have so many complaints.

    • @TheJabberTech
      @TheJabberTech  5 месяцев назад +3

      So you mean disable all the features that I find useful for my needs and wants in a $600 device. YOU can disable everything and make it a dumb watch, like your comment. Enjoy your watered down experience 🤡
