@Allison Hunter Hi Allison, yeah, well, I should have kept better records. My Norabora Black Girl was a kitten back in 2007 and she stayed kittenish for the longest time, but now she has settled down. maybe it took her 6 or 7 years. Oh! But Nora was a special problem. I THINK I met her in a pet store where I would socialize kittens, but all black kittens sort of look alike, right. Well, in this litter of black kittens they would LOVE to see me walk into the shop and would go crazy to get picked up and kissed, but then, they would want to wiggle free after about 15 seconds. Usually kittens have a little more staying power. But, then, months later, I was out with my Feral Feeding Station giving my Tarzan Yell to call all of the Ferals out of the jungle (yes, I live in the tropics, so the ferals would actually have their own jungle). Well one morning this Biggish Black Kitten with a flea color come running out and starts climbing my leg. I hoist her up and hold her and give her a kiss, and after 15 seconds she is wiggling to be put down. Well, it turns out that this nice Korean Lady and her daughter had adopted Nora, but Nora kept escaping from them to be with me, and so I eventually paid the Korean Lady off (Cat hate you. Cat love me. here's $60 for Cat). Well, Allison, you must know how kittens slowly learn English -- after a while instead of looking at you funny when you say recurrent things, they will just respond appropriately to what you just said. Well, after having been a Korean Cat for just a few months, Nora simply thought I was speaking gibberish and for years she didn't even bother to listen. Finally, she picked up on English. Oh, and now I'm the one who cuts the Quality Times short. She'll jump up and I will give her my full attention for about 2 minutes and then just let her lay on my chest. So she will jump down, and go away for a minute and then jump back up and Re-Start the Cycle. Well, maybe she doesn't remember having just jumped up 5 minute ago, and so I accommodate her and give her the full quality time treatment. She always was a funny girl. But she is a bit more subdued now.

I have several cats and have acquired Christmas wisdom during my servitude to said cats. The 1st thing done in putting up the tree is to screw it to the floor, I've had to pick a few from the floor. 2nd: only cheap and replaceable ornaments on the lower branches and no garland or tinsel within two feet of the floor. 3: if a cat can't be found, look in the tree starting at the top. I've walked by the tree and had mysterious paws reach out of the tree and swat me. Sometimes they are hard to see in the tree. I've got 2 tuxedos and 2 panthers and they become invisible in a tree. The best way to find them is to shine an LED light at the trree it makes their eyes glow. One of the Panthers looks a lot like Cole, one of my tuxedos is named Cole, but i do have a panther that looks a lot like Cole but his name is Loki. Don't know if your Cole is like my Loki but he has acquired a love of anything gravy covered. My wife rescued him about 8 years ago and has spoiled him. He knows when she gets home and is in the window and starts calling as soon as she hits the driveway. No matter if I've just fed him, mom has to feed him after she's drank her coffee, he'll wait. He's a great cat and dearly loves my wife. He sleeps with her and lays on her computer desk when she's there.
I once had a cat who climbed the Christmas tree. But he didn't knock things down. He just sat among the branches, staring at everyone. Plotting, I'm sure of it. Then there's my current cat, who attempts to eat the Christmas tree.

How can there be 3 people who don’t like this?! We risked a tree for the first time in 11 years. Even with 5 cats, it still is undamaged! We also don’t have ornaments on it. Just lights and garland.
You might have a point with the Xmas balls on the tree they must look like toy :-) balls to the cat :-) never thought about just lights and garland only:-) have to give it a try have to think like a cat sometimes:-):-):-) go figure cats do so love cardboard and paper it would be nice to find less cat carnage(I say that with love:-) have 2 myself) and more creative ways of decorating tree and maybe the presents different for more cat happy Xmas next year:-) don't know if anyone else has that one cat that's just more curious than safe:-/:-)
My sister's cat Pablo would climb in the tree and sleep. He never attacked things or knocked them off even. Silly boy! My cat Bob too a few times when he was younger.

@@dragondancer1814 Oh, ok. I was like "OMG SOMETHING IS WRING WIT MY CAT WE NEED TO TAKE HIM TO A VET" but I think cats love fried chicken, because they are addicted to it. We just found a kitten like about two months ago and he seem very hungry. My mother grabbed the kitten and my brother liked the kitten. My brother likes animals as well. We had him for over a few months and it's December right now. My days are getting better in December now while October was bad and September was REALLY bad.
I got my tortie when she was 9 weeks old and I guess she was starving cuz she would fight you for some chicken! Now that she's older and has plenty to eat she's like Meh, I don't want your chicken. 😼

Yes a cat owner I recognize the joy of Christmas....so far Xmas tree knocked over X3 ....presents ripped open X2... don't you just love Christmas..
Our cats luckily have left everything alone the dogs however broke the tree stand
Absolutely loved this new Christmas video!....Glad to see all the kitties are doing well especially Cole.....Happy Christmas!....
Love cats
1:44 such a beautiful singing voice 💕
My Tera-cat just begged for food, wolfed it down, hopped up on the bed, and puked her meal onto my new holiday-themed blanket! Humbug!!
LOL!
Merry Christmas to Cole and Marmalade and their humans!
Squirrel (a fluffy ginger and white boy) and Minerva (his tortie consort/partner in mischief)
And, you wouldn't have it any other way!!! 💖 💕
Glad to see Cole is back to himself!
I once had a cat who climbed the Christmas tree. But he didn't knock things down. He just sat among the branches, staring at everyone. Plotting, I'm sure of it. Then there's my current cat, who attempts to eat the Christmas tree.
Merry christmas everybody!
So adorable I love your kindness to the cats very lovely..

Early squad! Cats are still the best creatures alive!
It is good that Cole is feeling better, just in time to enjoy Christmas 😺
0:29 Brilliant !!! :-))))) (For the nice tree and for the sweet cat).
So cool cat Nice video :) Thank you Cole and Marmalade!
How can there be 3 people who don’t like this?! We risked a tree for the first time in 11 years. Even with 5 cats, it still is undamaged! We also don’t have ornaments on it. Just lights and garland.
Not people....dogs :)
Marlene Sewell it was my girlfriend’s idea! She knows cats really well! :)
My sister's cat Pablo would climb in the tree and sleep. He never attacked things or knocked them off even. Silly boy!
My cat Bob too a few times when he was younger.
I haven't watched in a while. I've missed so much, and the girls are growing beautifully! So good to see everyone happy. Merry, Merry Christmas.
Hahaha Cole at Monopoly!!
this is adorable! i'm glad you still have this here with Cole as a reminder he had good moments with you 🥰
How old are the torties now? Mine is just as helpful wrapping presents as well
It”s remarkable how well Cole plays Monopoly!
My cat chases me when I have fried chicken in my hand for some reason. I think he likes me but our cat doesn't like me.
crazybooster1000 With Raven, it’s bacon. If you have bacon in the immediate vicinity, he’s all up in your face trying to nosh on it, and do NOT leave your bacon sandwich or breakfast plate unattended for the same reason!
dragondancer1814 - Doesn’t everybody put their dish or bowl in a plastic bag sealed with a clothes pin if they have to set it down unattended for a moment? I also assume that everybody covers their mugs and glasses with tight fitting lids.
I've got a picture somewhere of my sister eating fried chicken...two siamese in her face and the dog in front of her in begging position XD
Bahaha!! Those little rascals are having a blast at your expense! xD
