I don’t understand why these cleaners don’t use heavy duty, large open trucks to dump this filth in, instead of vans that are closed and too compact.

@@cynk956 Well they are a professional commercial cleaning company.
They may not be licenced to drive those big trucks, or have just found it a struggle to get anything bigger than a van close enough to some houses, parking them on the narrow streets etc. I'm sure they've got someone to come pick up anything too big for them to handle when needed.

I would actually love doing what the ladies are doing. I love to clean! I can only clean my home so much, so I usually head over to my son’s house when I get the urge to clean.
Maybe take on some paid cleaning job? Extra money for you doing something that you enjoy.
I'd go to a local Senior Center and ask if anyone needs some free help. You might just go around your street and ask there, as my neighbor's husband had cancer, and I'd just go in and talk (listen), as she was stressed with taking care of him and dealing with adult children.

when I managed a thrift shop the piles of garbage was what was waiting for me most Monday mornings ..with all the "donations" bags ripped open and tossed around a real mess .much of the items were wet or dirty after some weekends you could fill a dumpster with the amount of crap that was dumped ..cost the thrift shop thousands in dumping fees a month .

I find it so frustrating you have a house and most trash it and neglect it. I see loads of council houses in absolutely terrible conditions and you have the poor homeless on the streets and most get a council house to trash. Their should be new laws you trash and neglect a house warning fine then evicted ❤❤ so selfish 🙄
Some of the elderly turn mental and can’t help themselves. Don’t judge. Sometimes no one comes to check on them.
Other people suffer from things like depression, anxiety, agoraphobia... Definitely shouldn't judge people, especially if you've never been crippled by these types of things.
