- Dirty Home Rescue is a series that displays the tremendous effort it takes to clean homes that are unbelievably dirty. The show demonstrates that with the help of expert cleaners and a substantial amount of transformative work each home can be made clean and liveable.
Viewers are also given the opportunity to participate in cleaning themselves as the expert Dirty Home Rescue team provides DIY takeaways that can be implemented when cleaning their own homes!
In each episode, our extreme clean team; experts Hayley, Tom and Ches put filthy households across the UK under surveillance to scrutinise their horrific habits, before surprising them with a Dirty Home Rescue mission that will transform their lives forever.
Featuring one household per episode, the team installs each dirty house with cameras so Hayley and the teams' experts can assess the mess and monitor where the homeowner is going wrong in their daily living habits. The clean team and the homeowners are then sent to work to transform the house, with just two days to change the entire house from filthy to flawless.

I do vividly remember , Hailey being a " Bleach Addict " ... going through loads of bottles every week ! In these shows , she's NOT touching any bleach at all ??? Anyone else noticed ?

I do remember. She was okay when working with her elders, but I don’t like her in charge in the show. For me she does not have enough charismatic personality. The boys are very boring also. 🤷♀️
I bet they got criticised for promoting behaviour that is really bad for the environment and for the sewage system. It's so noticable how they tried to promote more evironmentally friendly ways of cleaning in this episode, using vinegar, tea, baking powder and such.
One strategy is to empty dishwasher while making breakfast. Then you can load dirty dishes all along the day and turn on before bed. Also when shopping, if you see something you want, stop. Ask yourself where will this item live at home? Is there room or a true need? This has helped me enormously not to bring more clutter into home. 💜
Sometimes I ask myself do you like it or love it and I e been leaving items behind because I don’t love it!

I set the timer for one hour to help me to process cleaning with adhd
I have to start with the 5 minute timer & work up from there.
If I force myself to do something for 5 minutes, I can usually keep moving.
Poor bunnies. That cage is too small, and they should have free roam time around a clean house.
It makes me wonder how many people live like this who appear so successful and put together out in public. Beware of potlucks.

A REGIMENT? Isn't that a lot of people, such as an army? Maybe REGIMEN?? Just wondering. There are days when I would like a regiment to clean up my place. I'll usually make do with some soap, bleach and a cloth or two, and some single handed elbow grease. I don't think I have enough room for a regiment, LOL!

Vinegar is a good idea for some molds. But some molds like vinegar and grows from it. Better is alcohol

Those people are to lazy to clean their house. That's all. They have no problems living in all that dirt, so let them do it. If they prefer to have a tidy home, they need to clean it themselve. If someone does it for them, after 1 - 2 months it will be the same as before, because nothing changes. They are still to lazy 🙄

This is sheer laziness….even if she does have adhd….and 20 years of climbing over things and ignoring filth and cobwebs? Nope.
You can work picking up after work. I this this is pure laziness, good thing they don't have a baby because they could lose it.

Is this show is a little fake? how do they clean the whole house for only 48 hours? i love this show, but it get me thinking how they do that. it doesn't seem realistic.
It's always a little fake. They get more help from additional people, who are not filmed. The time span might very well be a lie, too. And they don't resolve everything. They don't tackle the whole house and I'm sure, some stuff is just stuffed into other rooms.
@@JIKitty that’s what I always think lol. Hoarder show is more realistic because it show how hard for people to get rid of their things and slow process.
@@poedah3875 People love to see the rooms change so much. The true stories are actually not that important to most people, I think. 😅 It can be motivating to watch when you don't have big issues but just need to declutter a storage room or closet or something.
