I hope you’re right but this is not 400,- a month. I’ve been trying to move to Dubai for a while now and I know almost all areas with all prices. Marina is one of the most expensive places. Prices increased crazy since last year. Yes you can negotiate with agents but they will only go down 5k max 10k in dirhams if you do yearly rental with 2 cheques. Some of them won’t even go down.
I doubt this is 400,-
thanks for the comment, learn sales and learn how to negotiate properly and offer value for 5 years and then after that come back to this video tell me what is possible and what is not. god bless you
@@Air_singh13 i do sales for more than 5 years. I own 2 companies as well. So no need to leave a comment like that and “assume” that I can’t negotiate. Even if you would rent that place for a 5 year deal that wouldn’t be suitable for many people like myself nor would it still be hard to get it for 400,- God bless you as well
Guys he is clearly lying and click baiting you. He has a ROOM for MAYBE $400pm but that's it. He is doing it for the views, total scam don't fall for it. I repeat, it is not the Apartment for $400pm it is the room.

Sulafa Tower is very hated with low ratings so it might be true. But still it's a bit too cheap for December in Dubai.. Most marina 1BDR are $1.5-$2k per month.
