      The 10row I had wasn’t cutting it. Went with the Setrab 34 row. Maybe a little overkill but I never ever had to worry about oil temps again.

      @@BuildinProgress that probably makes a load of a difference during hot laps

      I carefully monitor oil temp and pressure. Specially while on track. The differences were significant. My 10 row cooler wouldn’t survive a 15 minute session. Near the end oil temps would be up in the 280’s. With the 34 row I have yet to see above 240f. Full 20 minute sessions are a non issue.

    One thing I would say is to black out the crash bar, I just installed my new front bumper and painted my grill up on my channel too

    which grille did you order. with or without install trim?. i remember when nextmod first had these without the clips, such a bad idea lmao

    • @BuildinProgress

      I just ordered the grill on its own without the lower trim piece. I didn’t know it was an option at the time. I can get it through bayson R for 120usd. I’m going to first trying making my own piece to fix that gap.

      my grill came with the mesh, not sure where you could get it on its own. Ebay probably the best bet.
      The block off plates i made myself. You cant buy those unfortunately

    WRT your intake temperatures... If only you had a hood scoop.......

    • @BuildinProgress
      @BuildinProgress  3 года назад

      Hood scoop will end up being deleted and replace with a vent to help pull heat out of the engine bay. Getting cool air in is one thing, still gotta exhaust all the hot air after.

      You're way past the point of using the OEM stuff. Even you said your mods aren't reversible anymore.
      That crash bar needs to be black, though. That much is certain
