Just realized this is the first time we’ve seen Godzilla fight Manda in anything official (the deleted scene from DAM doesn’t really count since it wasn’t in the final film)
Tbh, I really like all the infighting between the monsters of Singular Point. There’s no symbiosis or agreements, no monster is scared of the other, when they fight they _fight._ Really sells that these thing are just metaphorical and literal animals.
Not fun for me since it wasn't even a battle. The real fun scene was when Godzilla fought Jet Jaguar, who lasted far longer than Manda did. To me, lengthy battles are fun since it shows that SOME Kaiju can stand a chance against Godzilla and give him a run for his money as well as doing decent damage to him.
Yeah, except Shin was able to cut the entire city of Tokyo in half in about 20 seconds. The idea that Ultima cutting buildings in half makes him strong isn’t really a valid argument.
@@Gojirawars03 well his breath got stronger the more he stayed alive in his 4th form and shin may have nearly destroyed half the city in 20 seconds, but that’s all he can do, He’s dumb, slow, cannot move spams his beam even at close range ultima is not physically as strong as legendary, but atleast ultima can fight physically
Ik this is gonna sound weird but if I made a godzilla anime, manda would be the strongest Kaiju because it’s a Japanese dragon which are pretty much gods.

You clearly never much anime have you because there's MANY anime with overpowered characters that are still interesting also manda is already a weak kaiju all on it's own and doesn't stand much of a chance against godzilla in general
