He is a nice friendly old man if you want to put it that way. But clearly still very capable with much more fighting guile i would imagine, which comes with age and huge experience. It is a shame youtube is populated with so many fake martial artists and fake fighters, when you have real gems lile this man out there and still active.

Block the Sucker Punch," etc, etc, etc. "Blocking" means contact, what happened to "step back, move sideways/back, or slip left/right? Especially if you are the smaller opponent, as in female v. male fighter, why take hits and let someone inside where you can be arm/wrist locked, choked, or taken down? Stay away, let the opponents wear themselves out with thundering uppercuts and beautiful round kicks that hit nothing. Move, move, move. Right hand stance? Move left. Left hander? Move right, always to the weaker side, or as you say, just run the heck away. Against multiple opponents, I always counted "Escaping mostly unbeaten," as a WIN.
My God... the level of knowledge of this sir is really high... He knows the science behind the thing...and we see that he knows so well about what he speak that even the weight that you must put on the boddy foward while using the blow he knows perectly. I've had the pleasure of training with Benny. He's such a softly spoken, warm fella. You'd never know he could pound your face into paste with very little effort.
I always watch these videos so I can tear them apart with boxing knowledge. But he was 100 percent spot on good to see someone who knows what there saying on RUclips.
There is also the fast offensive jab to distract your opponents and pressure him, the going backwards defensive jab, and the hard jab for an hard 1-2 combination for example that's the reason why it's the most important punch
