    So many beautiful views today and , of course, my favorite ….the stone walls . Wish I knew more about their history. They are so beautiful. Continue to enjoy your journey .

    Get waterproof socks - they sound crazy but once you have used them in rain or wet ground you will take them everywhere

      But there are no spider webs here like in the woods. Just sheep and cows and their poo

    Wild camping is banned in and around Haweswater. It's an RSPB rare breed area, and if the RSPB 24 hour watch had seen you, they'd have taken steps to see you were fined........
