    Awesome tutorial. Thanks for all the hard work and information. I use Synty assets quite regularly and always want a way to alter them for my current need. But I am a programmer, not an artist. This 24 minute video will save me hours of blender tutorial watching. Thanks again and please keep it up.

      I am 100% with you. Basically, this is why I made this video. Blender is a powerful tool, but sometimes too much for small changes.

    A very good and helpful tutorial. In particular, the slow movement of the cursor and the slow way of speaking.
    This helps if you don't have English as your first language. Danke.

      I am glad the tutorial helped, and thanks for the feedback. BTW, a caveat I forget to mention in the video: unfortunately, you can't modify characters as skinned meshes are not supported by ProBuilder.

      That's disappointing. Is it because of the bones?

    • @TheSecretsofApagayoIsland
      @TheSecretsofApagayoIsland  2 года назад +1

      Yes. You can modify the mesh itself with ProBuilder, but you are loosing the bone information.

      @@TheSecretsofApagayoIsland Gotcha. That's good. So, doable... but with extra steps.

    And how to work with textures?

    • @TheSecretsofApagayoIsland
      @TheSecretsofApagayoIsland  2 года назад +1

      If you want to use full textures, this video explains what to do: ruclips.net/video/yflGlu0RqzA/видео.html You need to add a full uv map to your model, as the one from Synty are collapsed.
