I think developer used that material for weather, rain and outside elements since if you used ordinary door it will easily deteriorate. It can be installed with frosted laminate or other opaque materials.
@@imnobodywhoareyou4588 As it is, that door does nothing for privacy. They could've used frosted glass. It seems unfair at that price range for the builders to leave that necessary upgrade to the new owner.

Maganda pero mahal na..pero magkano kaya aabutin pag magpapagawa ng katulad nyan.curious lang .kasi mas mura kapag magpapagawa kesa bibili ng gawa na. Diba?!?😊
