Kid’s dream? Heck that is still my dream today
An expensive house with small elegant or playful rooms and really squeezed in by the neighbours, so no privacy and very limited yard space outdoors, with shared parking spaces. The high ceilings and expensive fittings and fixtures didn't help the rooms to look bigger.
Yup, not a fan of the "American" style of house with no fence, no privacy. This is consistent with American informality but not really with Filipino values. Filipinos are friendly but at the end of the day we like our privacy.
I just want to say, the way these RUclips videos are put together is gorgeous. They are extremely artistic and crafted with attention to detail. I appreciate that level of effort in work 🙌🏻😊
I love this house. Great interior. Good layout. But..... I don't know about the kiddie rooms. They might enjoy it until 11 or 12 years old. But eventually those rooms will have a lot and huge renovations..... Just saying..... But from the foyer to the living/dining area to service area its perfect.....
I don’t rly think the ppl who’ll buy this house would mind spending money on renovations but yeah
The wood spindles on the stairs are from the 80’s, not a fan
My pets (dog and cats) will enjoy the kids room. 🤣
With those kids room/play pen you'd probably have your kids friends sleeping over 7 days a week😂 really nice home.
I would fight two of my brothers for bedroom #3. And I'm 17.
The store room in the uppermost floor is where the ghosts will live.

Oh how much I love that house, it looks like a Disney house and I love kids, just maybe if I buy that house ill turn it to a "Day Care Center" for the kids who stay in that cozy wonderful subdivision and I know it's a perfect learning place for little kids who like to have fun learning while playing, yeah!

I love how they incorporated marble in the living area. Usually it would be tacky but not this one. Flush pa ang TV sa marble which is a unique touch.

Bedroom #3 is the best room 😁.
A house for a very “specific” buyer. Unless the buyer would renovate parts of it. No rooms for guest even. And hauling things to be stored would be hard as you need to go inside the kids room, up to the tiny staircase then to the tiny doorsss before you could store items.
The third bedroom is quite dangerous for the young kids as well when they access the door going to the store room. They could climb out and started playing into the roof itself - maybe hide in there as well.
You also need to renovate it a few years later when the children steps into teen world.
The house is nice but is limited to people/buyer who wanted something like this.
It's good that the neighbors left a space to find out where the entrance is :)
I love the house but if no little boys in the house, needs to renovate the room😅
