I'm a young Architect and am 26 years old, this is by far hands down the best house I've seen from Presello videos, kuddos to the amazing architect of this house I love it!

Masterful use of space. I love that there is an actual backyard. Oftentimes kung may ganito kalaking lote, lalagyan ng malaking pool. There is so much restraint in this house that just works. It's not overdone.
it's nice to see houses na hindi cut from the same cloth as the other houses. hindi ung puro square and puro box like ung design. this is a blend of modern and industrial like the houses in the states. great job architect. sobrang ganda.
you know when the house is expensive is when they used the actual material like an actual brick not just a ceramic tiles with brick design and an actual wood claddings
You say that as if ceramic tile is inexpensive bricks are actually less expensive than tiles. Lol in fact half of the items in that house are roughly 10 US dollars to 100 US dollars so the most expensive thing that you're actually paying for is the Architects time and labor.

This reminds me of the house from Parasite (2019) but in a good way 😆 Everything just flows so seamlessly and you can really feel how much thought, character, and purpose was put into each decision in every step of making this home. A testament to how a house doesn't need to be ginormous for it to feel magical!
Albeit yes this is indeed still a very large home, but definitely not at the same level as some of the extreme mansions featured by Presello that often feel lackluster despite being thrice as big as this
This also reminds me a lot of Emma Chamberlain's home; not looks-wise, but with how much appreciation the designers put into the materials, space planning, compartmentalization, atmosphere, etc.
I've also seen houses like this with bridges. like Diana's house in Indonesia. she's a designer. the design is strange and colorful. she and her designs can be nice but sometimes they can look scary haha
Industrial grey black brown and plants from the inside out, wow. The reused bricks wow. The perfect distribution of colors wow. and the list goes on on and on. This is a piece of art

I would say wow, Love the industrial look with rustic and minimalist style and yet brings so much character. The Engineer's interior and exterior architectural design are impressive.
Perfect house. I however hope the owner would consider placing a bath tub instead of an outdoor shower at the main bedroom. It’s always nice to place a bath tub beside a glass (frosted or not).
i am absolutely blown away by this design overall. from the layout and little thought of detail in this house is almost perfection. this is definity my type of dream house.

Those shutters you’re talking about @25:00 are called “brise soleil” or sun blockers which I think was there not only as an architectural feature but with the main purpose of deflecting some of the heat from direct sunlight. But with the design, i guess it defeats the purpose.
I think in this build it was used more for the aesthetics because yeah the design boasts floor to ceiling windows in major living areas so i dont think the client was concerned about heat from the sun. Lol
Eh the house is almost as beautiful as Julia.. growing more gorgeous each day.. awesome tour and a banger camera crew. Highly underrated how they frame you perfectly within the shots

Apple rarely stays in shot and usually move way to fast compared to her camera crew, lighting is usually bad and the camera crew have trouble keeping her in frame. She points out a feature and hastily move on to the next while her crew is trying to show what she just pointed out. Which makes majority of their videos unprofessional. The presello team have fantastic chemistry and pacing and it translates in their videos. And she doesn't have to up anything, she's naturally beautiful to begin with.

Aside from that she can articulate the features of the house very well. No need to pit these women against each other. 9.6/10 in my opinion. this has everything a family man could ask for. but if i was the homeowner, i would have added a third level that would be dedicated to guest rooms and a few other specialized room such as a mini shrine or a home cinema.

I love everything! And I'm particularly impressed by the immense amount of real bricks used in this home. This architect and his interior designer are the team to beat. P.s. Not really. You're thinking of rich people as cash buyers all the time, but you're wrong. Billionaires take loans too, most of them for their houses pa and cars. Heck, most billionaires in the US din do get loans since yung net worth nila are mostly tied up sa companies nila na barely profitable pa lang but has a valuation north of $5B, in short, their personal net worth aren't in cold, hard cash so they get loans to fund their lavish lifestyle. Pambili ng yacht, supercars, mansions, etc. Here in the PH, an individual with 200-300M net worth (in peso) can definitely get a loan for a house like this. Minsan pa nga ino-offer pa sa kanila. Take note those won't be regular loans since rich people are close enough with their bankers that they can get favorable loans.
