    Quotes of the Immortal Bruce Lee: "I'm not afraid of someone who investigates 10,000 different strikes." I fear the one who examines one blow 10,000 times." “Be gentle but naughty. Be firm, but not cruel." "Move like water. Frozen like a mirror. Answer like an echo." "If you love life, don't waste time - time is what life is made of." "Only those who do will learn something." "I'm learning to understand, not to judge. I can't blindly follow the crowd and accept their point of view." "It doesn't matter how slow you go as long as you don't stop." "What you think, you become."

    There is a legend that Bruce one hit i car passing by him at 100mph 7 times now i don't know how true that is but he was so fast that trained martial artists who spared with him regularly said that his punches and kicks where so fast that most of the time thy could not see them at all by the time thy even knew thy where punched or kicked it was all ready over Bruce also invented a philosophy that many top tier fighters still use to day Be like water his way if thinking in combat was some thing special some say his strategical thinking in combat was on par with the likes of Sun Tzu and Napoleon Bonaparte most people only remember how dedicated he was with his physical training and forget how dedicated he was with training his mind Bruce Lee was a true warrior and strived for balance in every thing he did and ask every champion ever thy thy will tell you that the mind is just as important if not more then you physical strength and speed

    Bruce had an enormous number of fast twitch muscle fibres compared to normal men. This made his speed far quicker than average. Added to that his fierce dedication to practice and he was pretty much invincible. However even Bruce would tell you that two equally trained men with equal dedication in any match, the larger man would win.

  • @TimothyOBrien1958
    @TimothyOBrien1958 8 месяцев назад +3

    Bruce was not superhuman. He worked harder. There are Shoulin fighters who could do much of what he did. I'm not taking anything away from him. He just took his body and made it an insane machine. I did dragon flags. I know people who do them. At one point, I could put a 2" x 8" on my stomach lying on the floor. I'd have football players in my school stand on the board. I'd lift them with my abs. At 65, though I'm not nearly as strong as I used to be, I still have rock-hard abs.
    I've also done 2 finger pushups and thumb pushups. I can't do them now, since I have arthritis in my thumbs. The most pushups I could do in one shot were 250. I'm not the only one I knew who could do that. Maybe if I had the desire, and trained like he did, I could be as good as he. That was the key to his abilities. Desire.

    Bruce Lee wasn't superhuman. Modern humanity lives in mediocrity. In older times, especially in Ancient civilisations, you had to apply yourself and hone your craft to master it. It was the way too many Japanese, Greek, Egyptian, Chinese, and Persian geniuses lived their lives. Each and every one of us is capable of being "superhuman" if we are willing to put in the hardwork and make every necessary sacrifice. If. He made his people proud 💛 ❤️ 💙 💜
