Never a truer word said. I even find myself trying to follow along with the intro. Bradley has nailed the style. Soo funny. The sausage casing scene was hilarious. 🙌🇦🇺
@@joshkloepfer8361 because I've never heard of it? That's your response? I've been around the world, visited many countries, and never heard of it. So I have a Yank mentality? What's your reasoning for making that comment?
My goal is to try ALL of your sausage recipes. I've started last summer and nothing can stop me any more. All my family demands more and more sausages which I have to make even without smoker or grill because of winter. Thank you for inspiration and guidance
Now you have me wondering about a pot roast sausage. Ground chuck, par boiled small diced potatoes, sautéed onions and carrots with a flour roux, dry onion soup mix for the seasoning, and red wine for the liquid. Just thinking out loud... I haven't tried it. Yet. 😊
"Your kids will love it..." Noticed the cut in the video right there...is there a bun in the oven for you two? If so congratulations to you and Brooke!
I love all your videos Brad. Have you ever thought of mentioning temperature in Celsius? Even a little note up in the corner. Considering only 6 countries in the world use Freedom Units and the rest of the world use Celsius. One of my favourite RUclipsrs is @stillit from NZ and he speaks Celsius but always posts the Freedom Units.
Tough call, I'm not a big meatloaf fan but you never disappoint with your recipes and I have to admit, brisket and pork belly meatloaf may have the ability to change my opinion.
I would try it, looks delicious! Also another comment asking you to try making "순대" or Soondae a korean blood sausage would love to see your take on it!
Goldees had a phenomenal Laotian sausage when I was there in November. I'm not super into sausage but I loved that one. Maybe you could try to recreate it sometime?
Awesome video Chud. Hey what is Bull Flour for a binder, can you elaborate on it? Do you have a link to some to buy? have you used it in your sausage before?
I bought the same sausage stuffer recently after the old Amazon one broke after 2 uses. Any suggestions on how to keep it on the table and one person use friendly? It moves a lot since I won’t bolt it to my kitchen table. Love your content overall and thanks if you respond.
OH MY GOSH.... Forget about the Meatloaf Sausage (which is EXCELLENT) I LOVE this VIDEO... The way it was FILMED and EDITED.... "BRAVO SIR Chuds.... BRAVO"
Brad, you lost me at carrots and celery in meatloaf. Meatloaf is one of my favorite foods and I've eaten it from many different restaurants. Never had it with carrots or celery.
Variations: use crushed corn flakes, oatmeal, or both instead of bread crumbs; add a packet of ranch dressing mix, beefy onion soup mix, or both. Diced serrano peppers in the veg mix. All good!
Who puts carrots and celery in meatloaf? Is this a regional thing? Never seen or heard of that in 62 years. Huh. Would I try one if you handed it to me? Of course! Would I make them? Not like that. Every meatloaf recipe I've made called for milk. Powdered milk would have been in mine. Just sayin'. Love the channel. Love the crazy things you do. My son and I have gotten so many great ideas from you!
I guess that you can put just about anything edible in a casing, but, as the saying goes, just because you can doesn't mean you should. Seems like over complication of a meatloaf recipe but heh, I could be wrong. I certainly won't try it. Love most of your videos and have tried a few of your recipes. Keep up the good work.
That is an interesting combination. I don't think I have ever had or made a meatloaf with carrots or celery in it. Seems strange to me. Still a good looking wiener though.
This looks good. I just made a Mushroom and Swiss Burger sausage Mushroom and Swiss Burger Sausage ruclips.net/video/uwma-Sm0f5o/видео.html so I’m obviously a fan of sticking a meal in a tube. I’ll have to try this one. Edit to add that I used breadcrumbs as a binder and the sausage was a bit soft. I’ll have to try adding some egg when using them next time. Thanks for that tip.
I suspect I am an outlier on this one, but I do not care for meatloaf at all. Putting it in a sausage seems like disappointment in a sausage casing to me. I would be hyped up for the sausage and then let down for the deceit. LOL Regardless, keep on cooking, my good man! 👍
It's wintertime in Austin and late afternoon turns to darkness quick. Looks like he started the video before the sun started to dip, took about 30 minutes to prep before casing and then got the sausage on the smoker after sunset so I don't see where he was being dishonest? Twilight only lasts about 45 minutes in the winter and he said the sausage smoked for roughly 1 1/2 hours? What a weird thing to fixate on
Now you have me wondering about a pot roast sausage. Ground chuck, par boiled small diced potatoes, sautéed onions and carrots with a flour roux, dry onion soup mix for the seasoning, and red wine for the liquid. Just thinking out loud... I haven't tried it. Yet. 😊

Yup, Martha with a beard!
Agreed, maybe needs another partner video with Guga, Sonny. Gordon Ramsay

Just when I think he’s done creating everything possibly imaginable he comes up with additional different content! Excellent job Bradley!!!
Always great to see the ladies at the end. Love a good meatloaf, this will definitely put a new spin on it. Thanks Brad, great video as usual.
I'm so glad BRob found his niche in the Tube community. Ain't scared to fail should be a life goal.
This has become my favorite channel over time. Keep it up!
Carrots and celery in meatloaf? Never heard of that one.

might be the only sausage dog i'd feel comfortable putting ketchup on
I would love too try this sausage. I Love it and I could live on Meatloaf.😛😛😛 Need to try and make this. Thank you for sharing Bradley.✌✌✌
I'm in New Mexico...

Great idea Brad - It looks great, and the ladies seem to love your sausage - What more could a man want? 😉 - Thanks. - Cheers!
I'm up way too early, but at least I get to watch a good Chuds BBQ video
Mmm this would be perfect with mashed potatoes and gravy!!
That's the best thing ever😮
Magic trivet is cool. Can't wait to see a convection burner built into the cutting board!
Looks good. I am going to try this!
Fabulosity fantaystic deeelicious! I want one on a good sub roll topped with brown gravy.
Now you have me wondering about a pot roast sausage. Ground chuck, par boiled small diced potatoes, sautéed onions and carrots with a flour roux, dry onion soup mix for the seasoning, and red wine for the liquid. Just thinking out loud... I haven't tried it. Yet. 😊
Def needed to try a glaze with the bbq sauce, everybody knows that’s that best part of a meatloaf.
"Your kids will love it..."
Noticed the cut in the video right there...is there a bun in the oven for you two? If so congratulations to you and Brooke!
We need a pizza sausage recipe! Or better yet a Birria sausage recipe!
Pizza sausage sounds absolutely wild
Yes
I'm going to try this!
I know smoking sausages is one of your staples but I would love to try those unsmoked as part of a nice bangers n mash
How bout some cool variation of chorizo...or some homemade slim Jim's!
OMG I need a meat grinder to go with my stuffer now😛

It's not weird... It's amazing!!!!! Well done sir!
@4:50 you had me fooled, I thought no way does he not add it in LOL

Nice Video Bradley
To quote Bradley himself, " Yes, Please"

How would you work in the mashed potatoes? A potato roll hotdog bun?
Chicken bacon ranch sausage.
Stuffed cabbage sausage. Yes please
I want to make these, cut them up into coins, and then use the sausage coins to cover some mashed potato
idea for a christmass video, gammon sausage
Awesome!
I'm still waiting for the Dutch krokettes or bitterballen, Brad...
OH MY GOSH....
Forget about the Meatloaf Sausage (which is EXCELLENT)
I LOVE this VIDEO... The way it was FILMED and EDITED....
"BRAVO SIR Chuds.... BRAVO"
Chicken cordon bleu sausage!!!!
YES... YES... YES...
I love that idea
I actually made a cordon bleu sausage in this vid!

Mystery drones in the background around 11 mins ? 😂
I'm a meatloaf with gravy person, so that in an open ace sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy or in some poutine gravy fries....mmmmmm
Moar lamb recipes please :)
Just like a cat takin’ a dump!
I’m 100% always down with what you do… but this hm idk. You’re worried about carrot in sausage, I’m worried about carrots in meatloaf lol
"Meatloaf Sausage" sounds like it would be a great band name.
Brad, you lost me at carrots and celery in meatloaf. Meatloaf is one of my favorite foods and I've eaten it from many different restaurants. Never had it with carrots or celery.
Mirepoix is pretty common in fancy meatloaf, the nice places probably cook it down or blend it
Could you ship me your Frozen leftovers?!? Lol enjoyed the video
For the algorithms bay bay!!!
YES I WOULD!
I made golumki sausages once. They were different.

I think I need to try this, however with bacon. Everything is better with bacon.
What if you put the BBQ sauce in the mix? I think that would be good.
Carrots and celery in meatloaf? Thats different. But looks great...id try it
Who DOESN'T put carrots & celery in meatloaf ?

Why would not curing the sausages make them bad for cold smoking?
Chud Day!!!
I’ve never seen meat loaf using a mirepoix 🤔

Those damn boot snakes!
I don't think carrot should be in a meatloaf let alone a sausage. So I'm lost on this one. But I appreciate you trying something new..
Maybe use mashed potato instead of bread crumbs
never in my 46 years have i seen that much carrot go into a meatloaf...
Blue cheese and ribeye sausage come on
Someone told me last weekend that onions can be toxic to dogs, do the cooked down onion in the meatloaf sausage affect your taste tester?
Shepard's Pie Sausage.....could that even be a thing?
Absitively posolutely
Salisbury steak sausage with mushroom gravy, too, perhaps???? 🤔
Bradley can you make fish sausages
Gotta go nope on this one.
That is an interesting combination. I don't think I have ever had or made a meatloaf with carrots or celery in it. Seems strange to me. Still a good looking wiener though.
I'd definitely eat that but it just seems kind of like a waste of effort. Meatloaf is basically uncase sausage to begin with.
Round 2 where the liquid is ketchup+egg?
This looks good. I just made a Mushroom and Swiss Burger sausage Mushroom and Swiss Burger Sausage

You could just about anything in casing and I will eat it. And it's really no different than any other sausage.
No homemade ketchup
❤

Regardless, keep on cooking, my good man! 👍
I prefer my sausage “unoffensive “
Can somebody pls tell me hw does that plate get hot 🤔
It doesn't. Heats the pan off camera on adjacent side gas burner.
It doesn't. He heats the pan off camera on adjacent gas burner and just moves it to steel trivet ripping hot.
Nobody wants carrot in their sausage 😂
WHAT?! You put healthy stuff in the sausage! BAD BRAD!
Lot of trouble to make meatloaf....

I dare you to make a vegan one 😂

@@donalddaniels7123that sounds interesting
I wonder if you could make a shawarma sausage...
Tikka Masala/Biryani Boudin.
Embrace the veg, my dude.
Hot girl alert!!! 🎉🎉🎉
And, just like that, but it went from midday to nighttime….. I think you should be more honest about how long this stuff takes…. I’m just saying.

Fat content looked over the top. Why do we say juicy, when we mean fatty?
What do you think juicy means when referring to meats?
Carrots ain't healthy lol
please stop giving your dog food with onions in it
Does @OrdinarySausage know about this??😂
