This looks great; I like how some cooking methods come into and out of fashion from time to time. My neighbor always did direct heat cooking and swore by it. I have been doing indirect heat since I started cooking, but maybe I will need to try this way.
you should try something like a mango/cranberry/habenero glaze on your ribs. just the natural sweetness from the mango and the spice from the habenero make it super delicious
I've been making the garlic honey ribs with some Chile flakes. INCREDIBLE. My family and friends can't get enough and it was all inspiration from you. If you want a unique flair on them, add some Thai Yellow Curry powder to it.
Love it! I make 100's of half pint jars of pinnapple habanero jelly that this year i began using on ribs much the same way you used that hot honey on those beautiful ribs! My next protien will be on a smoked pork loin, and seared and wrapped thick cut bone in chops!
I made the honey fermented garlic you did a while back with some jalapenos in it. The honey left from that may just be the best hot honey ever. I may have to add a little acv to it
Awesome video. I've become addicted to hot honey. Bought some, made some from scratch and cheated with my favorite hot sauces. Doesn't matter as long as it pairs well with what you're making. Pepperoni pizza is a must. Ribs were great but, it was even better on pork belly burnt ends. Put it on some buttermilk biscuits. Brush some on a grilled pineapple ring. Put it over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Delicious summer dessert! The possiblities are endless. You just have to think outside the box. Lol.
Looks delicious Bradley! If you try the habanero honey, fire roast half of them first and dice them with the remaining raw ones. Two distinct tastes that will really give you more *layers of flavor*. Or, go nuts and just fire roast them all.
I did hot honey wings in my New Year’s Eve spread. They were awesome. My first thought after eating them was to try hot honey ribs next. It’s like you read my mind!
Yup I’m trying that one this weekend. Could you guys do a baby back rib cook with the Sweet Cheeks rub? I got some and I’m struggling on how to use it/ pair it up on baby backs. I’m afraid the sugars in it might burn if I apply it too soon and I’m thinking what I might pair it with, maybe a bourbon glaze? Help!
6:20 the chinese on the bag says that it's meant to be a snack with some drinks (usually beer or baijiu), which explains the overly fishy and salty taste
I inject my turkey with bacon fat. I imagine mixing the hot honey with it would be awesome. I also might mix some chili crisp with honey. I found a chili-garlic crisp a while back at an asiam market. Now I have ideas.
I’ve watched so many of these videos I think there’s a snake in my boot too and I don’t even own boots. Maybe I’m totally missing it but where can I find the quantities for the ingredients he’s using so I can try some of these recipes?
OK..... 2 questions. 1) Is Bones a squatter in the shop? He always just lounging around looking at his phone and then sometimes eating weird shit. 2) At ~3:30 did you say "wisps" of smoke or "queefs" of smoke? I listened to it several times and can't decide. One sounds delicious, the other sounds like I need to get a swab up the ween after I eat.
I've watched so many chuds videos but I've always wondered why there's always a chimney burning in the background during the recap. Is that just for aesthetics or is this man never not cooking ?
That "naaaaahhhoooooo" @4:45 was wonderful lmao
😂 the golf swing cut had me dying so hard!!
Happy New Year to everyone at Chuds BBQ!

I made these ribs today. Really good. Thanks for the idea.
Also, love the official taste test! Gotta be one of my favorite parts of the vids. Such a lucky pup!! ❤❤❤

This video really helped with the rib trimming. Thank you!
Homemade Hot Honey has my attention. I bet that would be amazing on some pork belly burnt ends! Love the golf swing 🤣.
Been watching this dude for a couple years and still don’t understand how that metal plate thing heats up the pot
It's heated up on the stovetop to his side off camera, then put on the metal plate when on camera.
I'm guessing the pot is ripping hot and the plate keeps as hot as possible. Just a guess though
It’s a magical trivet
bluetooth heat source
It's nuclear powered...
Happy New year Mr Chud to you and everyone involved in the making of this delicious video 👍🇬🇧
Bones deserves a company-paid dinner at a 3-star Michelin restaurant at this point.
"And now, monsieur, complements of ze chef: something weird!"
Bones “deserves” nothing… he is “Entitled” to it! Takes out the judgement… who wants to be judged? Lmao I am sending you folks some weird stuff!
The hot honey is *the move* for a finishing glaze for fried chicken tendies.
DEFINITELY giving this recipe a try.
that hot honey would be good in some tea when you're feeling under the weather
With a shot of whisky added.

Those ribs look damn good! I bet that sauce would be good on chicken wings as well. Happy New Year! 🥳🍻
I was convinced by Hot Honey on Pepperoni Pizza not too long ago... the sweetness was something I liked.
Lookin’ good! Happy New Year Bradley, Bones, and team!
I love making habanero infused honey. Great on smoked fish! Maybe Bones needs to try Arawoom Roasted Filefish Jerky with hot honey.
Everyone couldn't stop eating it, must be good. 😮
And i just happen to have a rack of ribs in the freezer, I need to cook up. Your timing is perfect.
It is a magic trivet. It is not operable beyond holding hot pans. Just a joke for fans.
Should see about getting some Surströmming for bones to try 😂
i know right!
Ooooooooooh, evil.......... I like it!!!!!!! 😂
He'd probably like it, lol.
Came here to say the same thing!!
That knife cut edit was a pain in the ass. Nice work editor.
That would be good on salmon, maybe add some garlic too. Happy new year!
Ooh. This! And some whole mustard seed. Adds a little zip and some crunch. OK - this is how I am going to glaze my next smoke roasted salmon.
I made something like this last week. I got few ribs left im going to heat up. Also reapers are good with honey.
I did hot honey wings in my New Year’s Eve spread. They were awesome. My first thought after eating them was to try hot honey ribs next. It’s like you read my mind!
😂 That's awesome! ❤
Been subscribed for awhile. Good stuff, quick question, so what is the round metal thing you put pots on and it gets hot? And how do I get one.
Thanks for the new year , mouth watering, video Brad,HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎉🎉
Hell of a golf swing lol 😂
Happy new years!!!!!
Great looking ribs!

Can u do that direct cook on a Webber kettle?
Good looking ribs. Cheers, Bradley! 👍👍✌️
For the hot honey how much honey did you use??
Yup I’m trying that one this weekend. Could you guys do a baby back rib cook with the Sweet Cheeks rub? I got some and I’m struggling on how to use it/ pair it up on baby backs. The wife got me some of your rubs and the Snake Bite is delicious. Can’t wait to try the others.
Gr8 twist on a quick cook -Str8. (Back in USA)
6:20 the chinese on the bag says that it's meant to be a snack with some drinks (usually beer or baijiu), which explains the overly fishy and salty taste
Ribs look great. Rick Martinez has a vid on "hot honey" fried chicken I've made twice: incredible. Didn't think fried chicken could get any better.
Definitely going to try
AWSOME. You make it look so easy. Lol😊
Bones has to try Chocolate covered crickets. They sell them at specs!
I inject my turkey with bacon fat. I imagine mixing the hot honey with it would be awesome.
I also might mix some chili crisp with honey. I found a chili-garlic crisp a while back at an asiam market. Now I have ideas.
my son has been asking for ribs - COMING UP!
When Brooke went back for the second one that fast they had to be good😂😂...
Are you even a barbecue channel if you don’t have the best knife on block sounds? No. This guy though? Nailed it.
I’ve watched so many of these videos I think there’s a snake in my boot too and I don’t even own boots. Maybe I’m totally missing it but where can I find the quantities for the ingredients he’s using so I can try some of these recipes?
I’m going to make this honey this weekend! Deliciousness!
Este compadre es un chingon
How about ROCKY MT OYSTER JERKEY
Does anyone know what the item is he put his pot on ?
Rocky Mountain Oysters!
Bones should set the record. Lamb Fries can be substituted. 😂
Dude, you've got a disc golf basket at the shop!? You get even more rad with each video.
Please, let's see you make a putt while you're cooking!
Scotch Bonnet Honey!
Have him try a Balut Egg!
They look F-ing amazing!!!!
Brook said something about honey mustard sauce, what about it? 😅
Those look great . I'm going to shovel the snow off the deck and fire up the Kamado Joe and cook some ribs and have a Bourbon.
Nice Video Bradley
try out the h‑e‑b sweat heat rub 🔥
Damn CHUD makes me get my ass to store to get me some MEAT! Might even record and post it, but im too lazy during holidays 😂
Did you ever find that golf ball? Seems like you hit it into outer space :)
bones should try salted liqurish
chud and bones your fun to watch but it's Brooke who wreaks coolness.
Will be trying this recipe in 2025 for sure!
Awesome
Surströmming - Bones tries something new idea, don’t know if you have tried this yet. Maybe once you get to 500,000 subscribers
It’s amazing people can’t figure out video editing tricks 🤣🤣.
Did you golf hit that snake in your boot?
... from the back 🧐😂😅🤣
Hot honey for the win!!
Norwegian lutefisk.
How do I send something?
By pigeon!
Who is this nick character you speak of. I heard Bones talking
Chud Day!!!
Xcellent!
Love your videos bro

Off The Chain
Something Weird to eat. Try Balut.
This channel is my new RUclips side piece 😅
hear me out, Bones eats literal cat food......
Interest piqued. Am listening lol
Chud?!?
For the life of me I don't know why anyone would remove the flap meat from a rib rack. Properly cooked, it's the best bite.
I remove it and cook it as a snack while the ribs are cooking. If you’re not slow smoking the ribs, it helps them cook more evenly.
Bones totally wiped from his memory trimming ribs for hours at that bbq festival 😂 can’t blame him
For the algorithms bay bay!!!
Forgot to hit the sides, such a rookie move
I really don't care for spicy hot ribs. Chicken its great! but not for ribs
Weird cat
