This shows wonderful creativity in post processing and effects that every so called "producer" should take note of. So many people criticize the Drumbrute, probably because all they want is a device they can plug in and put zero thought into it. This is why everything sounds the same. Use your gear like it is an instrument, explore ways to exploit the pros of the unit and at the same time creative ways to enhance and improve the things you might not like about the unit.
Well said Bro..😂❤🎉😊..... I've a totally Dawless Setup Too and it makes you Really stretch your imagination in way a DAW could Never 😅😂🎉... Jaffa jenkins Dawless jams...my channel 🎉😊 Ps. This Logo is old 🧓 😅
For the drumbrute? It depends how much money you want to spend and if you want to have one for every channel or just 2 or 3 good ones that you use on different sounds while recording one channel after another. I sometimes made the mistake to buy several cheaper pedals instead of one really special one. On the other hand cheap pedals also can get cool results. It's hard for me to recommend a certain pedal. When i got into pedals i tried to get one pedal for each effect. Distortion, Delay, Reverb, Phaser, Flanger, Envelope Filter, Pitch-Shifter... But then i discovered that there are many different kinds of distortion and delay and reverbs and... :)
elliot eveson i'm glad it was helpful. tell me if you find pedals that work well on specific sounds. i'm experimenting a lot to find out what works and what not.
I watched a video on the strymon deco, looked amazing, the eventide time factor works well with two inputs, and delay times synced, but otherwise I'm just starting my journey into pedals. Watching you're videos has just cost me a lot of money;-)
elliot eveson i have the deco. it's a cool pedal for saturation and tape fx. always wanted a time factor. Be careful! Fx pedals are an addiction. seriously. :)
more audio magic! So good. I'd love to hear what you could do with a synthesizersdotcom modular setup. The tone-for-days sound of those units with your groove musiciality & pedal color magic, man, that would be nice.
absolutely amazing! i love to listen to those weird, astute soundz....which come among with a frightened shower over my neck.....! GREAT GREAT GREAT....! i wish i could understand much more of your mind & handz are doing there....! ;)
with the "right" earz, you MUST dig it like the way you do!!!! 1st class! if the other track from session one (i now listen 2 it the 5th time!) would be available on vinyl, i rather will buy it nearly if that would be the one & only track on the record: single-sided special stuff! AAA+ ;)
Hey man, sounds really good and the sequencing is spot on 😀 when you use all 'outs' from the drumbrute, do these go into separate channels into the mixer (each sound has its own channel?)
Thanks a lot man! I just opened a new one for Kablehead but only older tunes on there yet: soundcloud.com/user-286477611 Working on new tracks right now. I have a lot of other music on bandcamp under the name SQU!L but it's no techno/electro. In case you want to check it out: squil.bandcamp.com/
Perfect dude, waiting for more nicecstuff! Is the drumbrute also working nicely without additional effect machines? are also synth parts available? Or simply drums, hihats etc.
Hey man, after spending some time with the Drumbrute i got kind of bored of the raw sounds. They're usable but not too inspiring for anymore. Just to let you know. Peace
Great work!!! By the way I have a starter question for you! I just bought the drumbrute and i also have some pedals that i want to connect! So,for example, how can i connect a delay pedal to the Kick1 individulal output?Only a mini jack adaptor that comes out to a console??Thanx for your time!
nik k Thanks! I use a mini jack to normal jack cable that goes from the out of the drumbrute to the pedal. and from the pedal out a normal jack cable to a mixer channel.
The fuzz factory? It cuts some bass frequencies. I'd run it through a mixer with aux sends to blend the dry and the wet signal. Or use it on a kick and then layer with a non effected kick.
The boss cs-3 is a cool little compressor pedal. I also use the EHX black finger sometimes. The best box i have for punchy drums is the spl transient designer. But it's a rack device.
Who need synths if you have a drumbute connected to 11 fx pedals...You beat your first session with that!..And you have a Frostwave Sonic Alienator...Jealousy you...I think I also buy a drumbute and some more fx pedals...
Thank you! I saw you have some alesis mod-fx too. These little boxes are quite special. I try to collect them all and i only need the metavox. Have to watch more of your ambient synth videos later. Very cool stuff!

Thank you! FX pedals can make your life better. :)

Thanks man! Glad you dig it.
Sehr Gut 🖐🏻😀✌🏻
Same here; another masterpiece. Good jam Sir, I love your work. Guys like you put the "LIVE" back into "Live Performance" Keep it up!
Thank you man! You made my day.
more please. Drumbrute is fucking dope. i love mine.
sprunging for voltage there will be more sessions soon. i'm glad you like it. i love my drumbrute too.
Just plain yes!!! Gotta get some more pedals for my Drumbrute ASAP! Dope!!!
Thanks man! Don't get hooked like i was. Buy the right pedals and then stop. :)
pedal recommendations?

I've been trying to work out what pedals go with what, this has really helped out, and how you used them is inspiriational!
elliot eveson i'm glad it was helpful. tell me if you find pedals that work well on specific sounds. i'm experimenting a lot to find out what works and what not.

what did you buy?
KABLEHEAD'S DA'MAN ! ;-) and no "euro rack" in sight! hypnotic;-)
Thank you man! Funnily i almost dove into the dark sea of euro crack yesterday. But then i came to my senses and bought another looper. :)
Haha! Close call 😎
great work overall!
What a great mix, thank you for sharing this awesome setup with us :)
Thank you very much MrStanley85! You're very welcome.
THIS IS AMAZING Bro. 😮😮❤❤🎉...

Thanks for your kind words! I'd love to have a modular setup but then i probably would get addicted to modules. :)
Awesome man ! keep rocking, love your stuff
Thank you very much!
This is a amazing drumbrute setup, Thx
Thanks man! I'm glad you like it.

Oliver Keil Thanks a lot!
Basically it's a drum machine with effects and i'm mixing around. :) Glad you dig the sounds.

Hate de l'avoir aussi la DB :)
Awesome man. Best use I've seen for the Brute so far.. Do you have a soundcloud?
Thanks a lot man! I just opened a new one for Kablehead but only older

klangstube -e
Thanks! i like the raw sound of the drumbrute as well. no synth parts. only drums. and the zap. :)

Kablehead i ll do that!thanx!

Hey did you record this as wave, care to share , I would love listening to this in good quality at home
Here you can download it for free:

Just got the fuzz machine would you use it for kicks?
The fuzz factory? It cuts some bass frequencies. I'd run it through a mixer with aux sends to blend the dry and the wet signal. Or use it on a kick and then layer with a non effected kick.
Kablehead thanks for the tip, any suggestions for a general compressor which sounds good with most of the sounds?
The boss cs-3 is a cool little compressor pedal. I also use the EHX black finger sometimes. The best box i have for punchy drums is the spl transient designer. But it's a rack device.
Kablehead any thoughts on the Pigtronix Philosopher King? It is a bit more expensive but has very synth like sound controls.
Who need synths if you have a drumbute connected to 11 fx pedals...You beat your first session with that!..And you have a Frostwave Sonic Alienator...Jealousy you...I think I also buy a drumbute and some more fx pedals...

Are you playing through a computer and daw or just through the mixer??
No computer, only the mixer.
What mixer is that ? Nice jam !!
Thanks. It's an old crackly Behringer mixer. Now i'm using the Soundcraft EPM12.
