The producers usually would set up obstacles anyway, and as far as he knew he was supposed to stay in the background. So I think I remember him saying that he thought it was just another thing they set up for the sake of the show until he found out that wasn't the case and the owner just went rogue.
Munchies owner should be ashamed of himself and needed to realize that that much extract could have killed someone. That stuff is very potent, and you don't screw around with it. That guy should have been sued.

I enjoyed watching Adam in that show so much, but I am glad that he moved on. He has talked about what that show did to him. One thing that sticks out is him saying he ran stairs for 2 hours one day as just one of his workouts. And that was to maintain his heavy physique. He hated it. I think he only ate once a day too.

Want an easy cure for hiccups? First off.. you need to be able to take a big, deep breath.. almost like a yawn. If you can't fit one of of those in then you're screwed. But anyway.. All you have to do is this: (1) Take a DEEP breath in between hiccups, like a yawn. Get it as deep as possible. Then HOLD your breath. Do not exhale. (2) While holding that breath, push on your diaphragm without exhaling air. So, basically, ACT you're forcing out that breath without actually doing it. Do this until you feel pressure in your chest. (3) Once you feel that pressure, keep holding your breath until you can't hold it anymore (at least 30 seconds). Don't worry, you won't pass out. If you do it right, then as you exhale and gasp for breath you'll notice your hiccups are GONE. You basically did a "hard reboot" of your diaphragm. You're welcome! 😁 If step 2 is hard for you then just try 1 and 3.. take a deep breath and just hold it for as long as you can. WARNING: This process may make you dizzy (as it should) for a few seconds afterwards. Always make sure you're seated and in good posture to better your odds. Don't stand up too quickly afterwards because you're causing a drop in blood pressure as well. After a minute you can get up and you should be hiccup free and feeling fine.

That Steak challenge in Puerto Rico looked SO delicious, and I knew there was no way he could finish it. I could eat about 1/10 of that. He did well.

I actually ordered the giant milkshake from Chick & Ruth’s in Annapolis MD 2:28 not only is it huge they are absolutely delicious. Great to share with your friends or spouse.

That’s incredible that the Wing challenge was tampered with like that. So cruel and dangerous. I had a guy put out ghost pepper peanuts but hid the label. I thought I was going to knock him off his chair. So brutal.

Richard should’ve filed a lawsuit against the restaurant for almost killing him as well as criminal charges. What the owner and cooks did was just evil and just because he signed a piece of paper doesn’t automatically give the owners an out and can be tried in court as being illegal.

USA!), but now they just seem sad to me, like an after school special movie from the 1980s.
