I quit coffee 19 days ago… as 30 day challenge. I miss it still as well I miss the routine of making coffee every day, no exceptions for years and years. I quit the rest of my plant based foods like green tea and mix of grounded pumpkin and flax seeds mixed with yogurt and 2-3 dried plums or apricots. I’m fully carnivore now , I was meat and fat based for last 6 years. Healed a lot of issues. Still left skin and hair issues. Age spots are fading now and hair becomes more manageable and silky. Don’t loose many. I’m 73
Congratulation on the 30 day challenge! I am constantly amazed by how strong the mind and body connection is. Great that we can rewire it though. That is really interesting on going fully carnivore.
