What makes me love Vegeta man is his progression in the manga as well, he wanted to make up for what he did to the namekians as well. He's been meditating too, learning from Jirens meditation unfortunately while Goku regressed as a character

Vegeta, you don't need to be the angriest fighter to be the best fighter.
You use anger to access your power. He know how to access it being calm and focused. Tai chi teaches that. You learn Kung Fu, martial arts to better yourself and protect. Not to just destroy and get revenge and so on. He truly love to fight and protect. You fight to prove and revenge.

Man I never forgot that part on the final battle of buu saga 😌 when Vegeta finally realized what Goku capable of for who he is as a proud champion warrior and he right he always ready to meet the next challenge or foe , not only that year past he became Autonomous Ultra Instinct fought with Jiren I mean it's crazy tho that how much that he became to martial artist to warrior as the mighty son of Bardock and the mighty grandson of Grandpa Gohan and that's we love him ain't nothing gonna change that 💪🏾❤️🧡😎

Vegeta is saying that he's amazed at Goku's tenacity, his genuine fighting spirit....even though he isn't ruthless and cold hearted, like Vegeta used to be back when he was younger and to some extent now...Vegeta is Angry and brutal, ready to kill anyone at a moments notice, whereas Goku is merciful and only fights to better himself....Vegeta is admitting that Goku is a better person/Protector of Earth 🌎 than he is.
