Hello how could I seal properly the wiring loom from the head, the o-ring is leaking. I tried loctite blue sealant after removing oil from that part and let it dry a day but oil's leaking again.
When fitting 272 cam 9.8 lift. Do you need to change valve springs for stronger 1s or get bigger valves? Most cam kits have no springs or retainers included. I am building 300bhp+ engine can you tell me if i need uprate springs please? Or can i have mapper set rev limit lower and keep original springs and still achieve 300+bhp
Hi. İ have audi a3 pd130 engine asz. How many turns is the injector adjustment on a 270 degree camshaft? in engine asz Camshaft is 2.0 sdi. İ know orjinal turn 180 degree. Thank you 🙏
TDC then 90 back i do it on all engines then you know for a fact you can just time the cam first or (cams) then do your 90degree back to tdc safer than the head not being 100% accurately in time and you torqueing down the head and possibly bending a valve...
Deverias usar permatex assembli lube , e bielas de aluminio forjadas BME , e Diamond pistons , polir os dutos de escape e utilizar ceramic exaust coating no escape por dentro e por fora , tirar os retrovisores e meter duck tape a tapar todas as folgas entre parachoques , oticas e capot , fazer um lastro integral , abraço
Sorry but I am not impressed by your assembly. I watched both parts and am amazed at the fact that you have not checked/measured any of the required tolerances/clearances. You could have used some plastigauge.
he has more than likely done all the tolerances off camera in a dry fit ie piston rings ect just for video sake it would be probably be like 500 parts if he included all the checking in video
