Horus Widget to display location on a map. Also gives a warning when a line is crossed to indicate a no flight zone near our field. Check out my Github github.com/Ton...
@@tonnieoostbeek4007 Thank you Tonnie !! This is exactly what I need in my regular flying site - one serious "no no" zone. Saw your post on RCG and will follow your work here. If you using regular FrSky GPS - yes it have slow refresh rate (1 sec) - there were project for programing it with STM32 card for faster refresh and some with OpenX sensors. I will appreciate if you provide details on this also as you worked it out.
This looks absolutely fantastic! I fly fixed wing FPV and on one occasion last year I lost my video link and I didn't know where my plane came down - this would have shown me very quickly. Also I can't see straight down so I can't tell with any precision when I am going into a no-fly zone, so again this will help me. In addition it helps me justify the money I spent on my X10 when I already had an X9D! Many thanks Tonnie.
That looks really good Tonnie! Will you be making it public?
yes but it's a work in progress. As soon as it's ready I will publish it. Currently creating a github repository for it.
:-)

Check this out. Thanks to Björn Pasteuning
