I have found CCI SV to work really well for practice ammo at 200 yards in my 97 year old Winchester Model 52. It shoots 3 inch ten shot groups easily, and Ive shot many 2 inch on my personal range when conditions are right. Norma Match at $69 per 500 makes it shoot 2 inch groups pretty easily. Without modern ergonomics, thats about the best I can do with it. I outshoot my friends with their modern rifles, but they dont know the home field advantage is profound. I shoot 100 rounds almost daily and the effect of air currents, let alone wind is profound.
That was an outstanding result from your gear your ammo and your shooting. Having watched lots of your clips if not all its get ing predictable what the speed it is from where it prints on paper when its good performing ammo. I have some SK PMS thats shoots very well for me but need to try it at the longer ranges. I was thinking that being for pistol it was more for up to 20m in a rifle but Im clearly wrong. SK Rifle Match is my go to ammo for competitions. It's just hard to get at the moment.
